Customer returns service shocking is
I bought dressing gowns for presents. They were the wrong size. No paperwork to return them. Have tried numerous times to get a reruns label but you just don’t read things properly. No returns labels and now I will have to try to call you and try to get you to send me what I need. Never had this issue before. Terrible customer service.

Wrong sizes sent
Wrong sizes sent. Ordered PJs 14 - 16 received correct size top but size 22 - 24 bottoms. Not impressed as was given as a Christmas present. Then expected to pay £1.99 to return item when it was your fault.

Ordered absolutely gorgeous navy blue dressing gown in size 22. Opened Christmas Day and cardboard label had right size but dressing gown itself was only size 10/12 on the label on the dressing gown itself. Really disappointed and had to pay to return which was real shame. Hopefully will get chance to re order at some time in the correct size as fantastic quality lovely length and beautiful colour . Will save up to buy again!!
