The product arrived quickly and I was very happy with it

Unfortunately the swimsuit for my daughter was too short in length.
She is 5'8"
Disappointing.
She has ordered alternatives to try .

The dress is very well made and the colour is great. I had many compliments at the New Year party.

Long Tall Sally continues to provide stylish clothing for women over 5'8". They offer a wide selection of sizes, and my being a US size 16, I often struggle to find cute, pretty and feminine clothing in US retailers as I'm considered "plus" and the selection is very limited, and there are almost no tall sizes in coats, shirts, swimsuits, etc. Which makes shopping very frustrating. Long Tall Sally has become my Go-To for clothing, because I can find cute, stylish, feminine clothing here that fits great and looks good. I especially love the longer shirts and blouses. Typically, Long Tall Sally offers the exact same clothing in all sizes, which is great. My only complaint is that the photographs online are heavily edited and don't reflect what the clothing really looks like. It's very disappointing to purchase a blouse and then get it at your home and realize it's completely sheer, or that the color is not what it looked like in the photo. It's making me second guess LTS clothing. Otherwise, this is a great place to shop.

Update, my sincere apologies to LTS, they have refunded both my returns in time. It was just not visible in my bank account that refund was from LTS, also I did not receive any email communications that they had received and refunded my return. So I hope LTS will improve this process. Also it was very hard to get a shipping label, because customer service is very hard to reach. But my trust in LTS is restored and I dare to order again.

returned two packages and one of them is from 4 november 2025. After a couple of times trying to reach customer services and providing them with all the necessary information I still got no reply. There is no other way to contact them. I get emails from them every day to buy their stuff but once you return items,you hear nothing and don't know how to get my money back (total of around 160€).

Fantastic such a relief to wear a pair of tights that I’m not constantly adjusting all day because they’re not long enough!! Have put my mum on to these too! Great product for us long legged ladies!

I paid for an order of 2 winter coats for my daughter which were unfortunately too long on sleeves and too big all round. I paid £147 for them on 5th December 2025. They were collected by Evri and as of yet have still not received my refund and its now Saturday 3rd January 2026! If it was any other company I would have received my refund within a week of return. Unfortunately not this company, Long Tall Sally. I will continue to chase this up and take the matter further if I don't receive my refund soon. I would not recommend this company to anyone and wish I had read reviews then I wouldn't even have made the mistake of ordering in the first place. My advice is to stay clear.

I bought this for my tall friend and she was delighted. She’s never had a dressing gown that reached below her knees and sleeves that reached her hands before.
And this one was so soft and cosy as well.

Your courier has not delivered my shoes despite an Email saying that they were left in my porch almost three weeks ago. I do not appreciate being lied to or being almost £50 out of pocket. Great shame up until now I have enjoyed shopping with you.
