My item arrived before the scheduled date, so I very happy. Always had a great experience

Very poor again, I shall not be using this retailer again. The order took five weeks to arrive due to incompetence in the address labelling. The product was filthy and the packing hanging off. The machine broke down after about six weeks and the retailer was not helpful.

Used to really like both Kaleidoscope and Look Again but over the last few months they have become a lot less efficient. The items are not as high a standard anymore. More and more they are eroding what was good about them. It seems since Freemans have
been visibly involved the standard has dropped. The latest is the annual delivery has been withdrawn, until I pointed out that I had paid, in good faith for a year and still had until next spring to run. A good enough reason to deal with other companies in the future after years of dealing with Look Again and their sister companies.

Was ok delivery driver phoned me and gave me an update on the time of delivery and was spot on box was a bit tatty but secure and contained all the pieces.

I ordered a geobook laptop deal in pink that came with a laptop bag and a set of pink headphones and received a green geobook with Minecraft stickers and no headphones or laptop so annoyed. Useless completely

I ordered a pack of 2 bras and got sent a black top which wasnt even my size i have sent this back and i hope my bras have been re-ordered like i ask and 1 lot have been taken if my account

I'm sorry - but this is absolutely ridiculous.
I placed two small orders for 5 items in total.
Every single item in the damn order is coming as a separate package.
5 packages, 5 different days - and the delivery date keeps changing for each of them.
No wonder mail order catalogues are a thing of the past.
Good luck getting more orders from me, what a joke.
