I really like the setup of the Dragon Egg. It's easy to use and small in size so its portable. It's been a great little bubble pipe.

Great communication and do their part with honoring their warranty on products, would recommend to anyone that wants to try a new THC Product

So far I’ve gotten two lookah products…the dragon egg and the octopus…they are amazing!!from the temp settings, to the sleek design..this was a well thought of product. Cant wait to continue to enjoy it! Maybe add some carrying cases?

I love my product I purchased from Lookah. In addition, I can say that Lookah has outstanding customer service. I get a reply within 12 hours of sending a message. Very polite, and they strive to make their customers happy. Just made me a forever client to this brand.

I have used hookah products for a few years now and I absolutely love them! I had a problem with a device not working and they were amazing with getting it back under warranty and answering any questions I had along the way!

We use many of the Lookah products for concentrates and carts. We have a Q7, Octopus, multiple Zeros, an Ant, several of the pens! The battery life in all has been excellent.

The Q7 is paired with a percolator bong and it is smooth perfection. The Octopus surprised me with such cooling ability in a small device. the Ant is efficient and delivers great sized hits.

I broke my Q7 while trying to clean it only after about a month of ownership. I was worried that I had would have no recourse to replace it but sent an email Lookahs way just in case. They immediately offered to replace my device at no charge.

Yes the shipping can take a long time, but I don't see how Lookah can be blamed for that; DHL is insanely slow at delivering anything anytime I receive a package through them.

Also lookah products are fantastic at the price point. Shelling out big bucks is the only way to go up in quality (puffco, gpen, etc).
All lookah products I have tried, from glassware to electronic, has been of solid quality.

They have great customer service. I had an issue with a product and they quickly responded even over the holiday and have gotten me a replacement. I've used another product of theirs my buddy has and it's phenomenal. So I know their products are great as well but nice to know their customer service is top notch as well

Excellent customer service and issue resolution!!! Fast response and easy exchange process. Representative was understanding and talked me through troubleshooting steps when that didn’t work immediately offered a replacement.

The Lookah Q7 enail is a game changer! It heats perfectly and is super smooth and tasty. There was a technical issue with the first Q7 I received, but I reached out to their customer support and they replaced it for me. Fantastic customer service and product! 🤌

Lookah should not be trusted!

Lookah has been using dishonest ways to advertise its products. We are an informational website related to vaping. Recently we received a paid marketing order from a person named Vicki K. who promoted products for Lookah. However, this person refused to make payment after a few reminders.

I believe Lookah has been using dishonest methods to promote its products. As a result, customers should be careful when buying products from this store as the owner could be dishonest.

Bottom line, based on our own experience, Lookah should not be trusted. Be careful!

I really love the mini unicorn. It is perfect for taking on the go without lugging around a giant apparatus. To not have to use a torch is just ideal. It is super easy to clean also.

What a great company! I've only used the Seahorse Pro so far but I REALLY enjoy it. The first hits were jarring how smooth they were! I've never had a vape that isn't water-cooled go down so easily, I didn't cough once. The power settings are fairly easy to figure out and dial in, lower is usually better for flavor and preservation of your coils! I do find the fifth generation V quartz coil to be my favorite for flavor. They seem to pull less reclaim concentrate into the device and more fully vaporize what little you need to pull through. Other than the device I've been using I'm finding their customer service to be absolutely top notch! There seemed to be a minor problem with the light on my battery and they responded very quickly to my inquiry and are helping me with a replacement. A wonderful and customer forward company!

Products are amazing and customer service you can’t beat. I had one issue wi the one of the products I purchased but was able to return with 0 issues. They communicated with me daily until the return was complete and my new device was shipped.

Great stuff few problems with the shipping company but they fixed everything awsome glass prices fast helpful customer service buying here again for sure
