I have spent £80 on a spinal massage pad in good faith. I have not received any updates or replies to my emails I've sent. It's 28 days since I ordered the item and I'm unable to contact or get a response from this company.
I have reported it as a possible scam I'm so annoyed their adverts have no expense spared and convince you they're a legitimate comp.
I ordered a Queen duvet set with pillow cases from Loomii. The sheets are comfortable; however, the fitted sheet does not cover the mattress at all. Very disappointing
Received my order which looked nothing like the picture . Ordered two sets of the eucalyptus bedding. Both sets were missing the flat sheet and the fitted sheet did not fit my queen mattress. Although the tag on the bedding said "queen " the sheet was not even close to fitting. The company responded with " it says queen " so it must fit. Terrible product and customer service.
Don’t buy from this company it is a scam. I placed an order I never received it. I reached out to them and they never responded.
If there was a 0 stars, I would be selecting that. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. They shipped me the wrong product (and the product wasn't even the right color that they shipped), and it was weeks late, so I had to purchase from a different store. I asked them to not resend the product because I had already bought a different one, and to just give me a refund, but they did not listen and shipped me the product. They now expect me to return the product on my own dime.... even though they shipped it without my consent. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Quality of bracelet was terrible. Much smaller than shown in pictures. Not even worth half the price and they were charging £12. Don’t buy from them.
3) FURTHER UPDATE: Definitely stay away. Poor customer service... want to talk you into keeping a product you don't want. It is a drop-shipping company but actually you are dealing with China which never works well if something arrives that is not what you ordered.
2) UPDATE: the email in all their communication is wrong and thus no reply. Use the email on the website footer which will work. Matter not resolved as yet.
1) No customer service. Sent a colour that looks nothing like the image online. Not responsive to get it exchanged. STAY AWAY!
