I am one very happy customer, been messed around several times with other companies trying to get a desk delivered as soon as possible. With waiting times around 2-3
Weeks but Loop Workplace Furniture are great!

My desk came next day as promised, arrived before midday. I emailed Loop Furniture to double check it was arriving and they have replied to me in minutes confirming it was on the way! Delivery service was fantastic, not a scratch or dent in the packaging. The Van and the way the parcels were handled and secured was very professional. Delivery man was a very nice person, was cheerful and seemed like he actually cared about the quality of the service.

Took a risk as I had seen a few bad reviews, but haven’t got the slightest clue what there on about as this company provided me a service that couldn’t of been any better or less stressful. I wouldn’t think twice about ordering from Loop, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Very happy with the quality of my Core 6 Desk and seems like it will last a very long time.

Date of purchase was 22/03/2020 and I have contact them by email more than 4 times no answer and I have contact them by phone on 29/03/2020 they asked for details and emails + Phone number and they said we will contact you , but still nothing and today is 01/04/2020 I have rang them again they asked me same questions which was on 29/03/2020 I believe was same lady and she promise to back to me later .
I just try to get my refund and never ever buy anything from them.

Ordered a office Cantilever desk from this website.

They offer Next day delivery.

I asked for a white frame in my order and was advised that a note had been placed on my account to do so however it was shipped with a silver frame due to an error of processing.

The courier service "Palletways" had a rude driver who didn't help bring the item any closer to the house (not even to the front door) as he 'was not paid for this', whilst the previous day they failed a delivery of the desk because the driver left work without notifying Palletways. Appalling courier service that Loopfurniture are using.

Please note that they literally give you a wooden pallet on which the items are on.
