Never again...

Finally! I got Paypal involved and was refunded almost immediately. If you are having trouble getting your refund from Loragal, keep all of your communications and file a claim with Paypal. Thank you Paypal!

I placed an order for 2 dresses at the beginning of June and received them at the beginning of August. I emailed them about 2 weeks after placing my order and got the following professional response:

Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

We've confirmed with our warehouse that your order is scheduled to ship within 1-2 weeks. Due to the high volume of orders, we're taking a bit more time to ensure the quality of each item. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress.

Delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks. We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. When I finally received my order about 8 weeks later, neither met my expectations. Material and design did not look like the pictures. As a sidebar, it would be helpful if descriptions include measurements or at least the measurement or size of the models to give more perspective. I am tall, but neither maxi dresses went past my shins. Even if they were the right size, I would not have kept them because of the quality. When I emailed for return information, I got an email offering me a credit for $58 dollars, the purchase was $117 or 30% of the original purchase price upon return. I am currently waiting for a response to my request for a full refund. I do not recommend Loragal and will not order from them again.

I placed an order on June 26, 2025, and as of over 30 days later, I still have not received it. On July 20th, I checked the status — the package hadn't even cleared customs. I checked again on July 30th, and the tracking information still showed it stuck in customs with no delivery in sight.

I reached out to customer service, and their response was extremely unhelpful: “We know it can be frustrating to wait on an order, but it’s coming. Give it another two weeks.” At that point, it had already been over a month since I placed the order.

I specifically ordered this dress for my birthday, a very special occasion — and now they’re telling me it might arrive nearly two months late, well after my event. I ended up having to buy a last-minute emergency dress from Amazon while I was away, because I didn’t have time to shop when I returned.

This has been a completely frustrating experience. Do not order from this company — they don’t deliver on time, their customer service is dismissive, and you risk never receiving your product when you actually need it.

It took over two months for my order to arrive and the items are too small and poor quality. I requested information to return the items and they will not provide a return address. I ordered a dress for $150, and what I received was not the dress I ordered. I immediately reached out to request a return, and the company completely ignored my email. As soon as I mentioned the return, all communication stopped. No acknowledgment. No solution. Just silence.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m now out $150 with a product I didn’t even ask for. The service has been absolutely horrible—zero accountability, zero customer care.

Most awful company. Scammers alert

Most awful company. I waited ages for my items to be delivered only to be told it was delivered on a certain date. Never received my items. I spoke to their customer services team who proceeded to tell me that it had been delivered. I told them i never received any items. They told me they would get back to me and never did. I escalated to back to PayPal who also denied my refund as they showed "proof of delivery". I'm escalating this further. But I'm disgusted by the treatment I received. Clearly a scam website trying to steal your money. DO NOT BUY from them.
