Placed an order 2 weeks ago. No communication since - except an invitation to review a product I haven't received. Only reachable through online chat or email and responses are automated. Essentially loaning them my money while they do nothing. Will attempt to get refund but likely will end up filling charge back with cc. Quite staggeringly useless.

I had most terrible shopping online ever with Lord and Taylor. I have been waiting more than 2 weeks and 4 times reaching out customer service. However I didn’t have any specific results. They just gave me general answers such as : “waiting for the warehouse answer, your order not shipped yet …” i think I need more specific about time or another solution for that long waiting time.
According to their website, i should wonder about shipping with (4-7 days ) after purchasing. But I got the first answer from customer service is (7-9 days) I did accept with that answer, but after 9 days I still didn’t have shipping confirmation, I tried to reach out them and have the answer such as "not guarantee shipping processing time. I wanted to cancel my order, they said need to ask the warehouse, and I have to wait. Now after one day, I still did not have any answer about cancelling my order

One of the worst experiences shopping online, I purchased the perfume on Octover 25th, and today, November 7th hasn't shipped with generic responses from customer support to keep you holding the order the most they can, avoid this retailer for your own sake

Absolutely ridiculous that this product has not shipped yet....

There is no update on my order after more then 1 week. When will my order will shipped?

When I did have a problem with an order, I was unable to speak with a person. There were no phone numbers available like most companies.

Order placed 3 weeks ago. Money was immediately taken from my account. No response to any emails requesting cancellation and refund. Chat assist does not work (at least not Mobil iOS). Text support gets no response. There’s no phone number for support. DO NOT TRUST THIS FALLEN COMPANY.

No shipping /tracking info has been provided on order placed 10/25.would expect shipping details to have been provided before survey. Look forward to updates. Thanks

Reviews of the perfume I bought said that buyers of the same scent from Lord & Taylor received a counterfeit product, so I cancelled the order within minutes of placing it. Nevertheless, it has been more than a week after confirming my cancellation request and the product has neither shipped nor has my credit card been credited. Now I need to dispute the charge.

My order was canceled and I wasn’t notified. The only way I found out was checking my order status. Very disappointed.

Do not buy things from lord and Taylor, they will not get the product to you within a reasonable timeframe no matter what it says on their website, and then, when you try to return it, they only give you back a portion of your money. They will keep $10 of your money when you do a return not worth going through them since most of the stuff they sell is garbage.

I have a lord & Taylor merchandise credit. They say: Lord & Taylor has been under new ownership since November 2020. Unfortunately, we do not accept Legacy Lord & Taylor merchandise credit, credit cards, or gift cards. This sucks. They bought the company and should accept the merchandise credit for customer support. THIS SUCKS! Why would anyone want to deal with such a horrible company.

the chat service once worked then it seems they block you, you never can reach them by chat

for email they take a long time to reply and keep replying with generic vague information.

my tracking shows that USPS is awaiting item for 20 days. they kept saying and giving delivery dates which never happened . then started saying they need 48 hours to check the matter further . of course they did nothing and did not return to me by email

then they said I have to reach out to USPS ! USPS did not receive the items. only a tracking number was generated.

This website is SCAM and their customer service is total BS .

I returned a $600 dress along with 3 other items in September. They never refunded me the money for the dress. When I reached out, they said they were investigating. All emails are answered with vague responses but I haven’t received my refund. Do not order anything from them.

Placed my order September 11. It is now October 20 and the order hasn't shipped. Customer serive periodically answers emails but only gives vague information.
No phone number to call. Chat doesn't work. F rating on the BBB website. BUYER BEWARE!

I would give them zero stars if i could. The whole site is a scam. Bought 3 dresses and returned them immediately with the huge red plastic tag in place. Never received a refund for two of them. Had to dispute it with my TD bank who refused to intervene. Now I’m out $1000. What a scam. Someone needs to investigate them

I order a pair of Hugo Boss Ole swim trunks on September 25th 2023, and as of October 13th 2023 they still have not arrived and when I check the website the order says unfulfilled. I have reached out to them via text and email, they only once replied to an email and now they have stopped replying to texts. Please do not use this company.

I placed an order. Got the dress. It didn’t fit and I returned it with the label provided. I shipped it back, via UPS. I still have not gotten my refund. I tried to contact customer service and nobody got back to me. Very sad that I have ordered two dresses and I am $600 in the hole and one dress is sent back and no credit given. I will never order from Lord and Taylor again.

Horrible experience. Ordered a dress and was never informed that the order was cancelled. When checking on my tracking I found out several days later and had to ask Lord and Taylor about my order and then they informed me that it had been cancelled. I understand that companies make mistakes and websites have errors, but notification of the customer should be a baseline expectation.
