Couldn’t find a Maria La Rosa bag in the khaki shade in stock anywhere that wasn’t either going to be custom made and take weeks, or charge import fees (as the company is Italian). This purse was sourced from some retailer in Spain and it was in stock (the only one), with no crazy extra fees, so I was thrilled. I had been eyeing it for years and seeing it in the flesh, it is beautiful, and I absolutely love it! It unfortunately arrived the day after the event I wanted to wear it to, but I know I will get lots of use out of it across seasons and dressed up or down. It was neat to see Lord and Taylor's new marketplace business model where they retrieved this item from some other retailer. I will purchase from them again. I took one star off because it took 13 days to receive from when I placed the order - it didn't ship from the retailer for like 5-6 days after I ordered. Not terrible, but maybe 10 days delivery from order date would have earned 5 stars from me.

If I could give negative stars, I would. What once was a reputable store is now ran by scammers.That will steal your money and will not respond back to your concerns. Worst customer service and online shopping experience ever!

Ordered Birkenstocks, came in quick! Had a promo code as well. Overall happy.

The item was a little below the list price everywhere else I looked. A promo code brought the price down more. I was able to order through the Shop app, which earned me a bunch of points. If you read the store policies on the store FAQ site page, you will see that it may take longer than you’re used to in order to have the order fulfilled. Lord and Taylor is no longer a physical store, but a platform that orders your item from the designer/merchant. That’s why it could come from overseas. Mine came from Spain via DHL, with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Learn how to delay your gratification a little!

4 stars because I absolutely love the item and the price I got it for- so I’m very happy with my purchase.
Overall the experience was fine- I did have to reach out to customer service when 4 days passed after I ordered and I hadn’t received tracking information or gotten any communication about my purchase. Customer service was able to answer my question and shortly after I got my tracking details. The order was delivered on time with no issues.

Placed an order on September 24th it's now November 3rd still no package

I ordered the Jacquemus show I found at lordandtaylor.com. It was a great deal. Arrived in 3 days superfast. Fits perfectly.

The ring I ordered was exactly like the photo on the website. My order was shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The emails for my purchase and the tracking information were good.

Found some Prada shoes I was looking for half price that nobody else had. Shipping and delivery was great!

I ordered a few (expensive) items to be delivered to my house. Luckily they informed me they ship DHL which will incur a signature which is needed in my area. However, the items were delivered without getting a signature and then stolen or misdelivered in general. When I asked for help they told me to file a DHL claim, which DHL won’t let me do. I’ve reached back out to them and now they won’t respond to me at all. No items and no help and now I’m out the money spent at this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Terrible experience ordering a pair of shoes. The return window was 14-days (already a tighter return window than most companies today), but I was out of town when the shoes arrived. I attempted to return one day outside of the return window (the shoes were unworn and still in the box; they simply did not fit) and was denied by the customer service team. I would strongly recommend against anyone shopping here.

Skeptical at first about ordering. But I received the Max Mara dress in good condition with tags. It was well wrapped and neatly packaged. The price was very good.

Apparently another mystery buyer has purchased lord and Taylor. It is too late. Their reputation is forever marred by the previous owners who scammed thousands out of and unknown amount of money. Set up a business selling super fake designer bags for thousands. If you bought a designer bag in the period of the last owners it is fake. I received a fake bag and the only way I got a refund was from emailing them and pretending I needed the money to purchase another bag. I fled and reported them to Gucci, the fbi and the ftc. Months later they had a formal lawsuit brought to them by Gucci. While this new company promises to fix the reputation I fear it may be too little too late.

Haven't received my order or a response to my email regarding it's status.
