I ordered something over 15 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. The item still hasn’t shipped and I’ve emailed and texted on three separate occasions about the items. They were “final sale” and the event I wanted them for is now long and gone. My credit card has been charged, the items are MIA, and no one from customer service even acknowledges my email or texts. I’ve never had an experience like this before and am shocked that I’m at the point where I need to write a public review to maybe get a refund or at least an update on where the order I have already paid for may be. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered a dress two weeks ago and you haven't shipped it yet. I emailed you twice and texted once, but I haven't received an answer yet.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t shipped. Website works. App has been broken for a month.

Not sure how to rate you when I did not receive my order yet

Very interesting I have previously shopped with L&T online and did not have this experience, however I now have an order that has never shipped. I have sent several emails and text messages. There is no customer service live person available. No answer from emails nor a shipping confirmation for my purchased items. I will NEVER use them again.

I got bad experiences with lord and Taylor I order twice and since March 9 I didn’t got my order and NOT refund , please do not make any order with this company, they still my money… do u want rate it’s O rate

I did not receive my full order nor did I receive any package tracking information and I’ve emailed and have not received any response. I would never order again or recommend to any family or friends

Do Not Order from them. They didn't ship my order and then they cancelled it without notice and did not refund my shipping!

I have 3 pending orders for which has been paid & all 3 are still showing “unfulfilled “. I have tried contacting Lord & Taylor by e-mail, live chat & text without results. I have always been pleased with Lord & Taylor but I am more than apprehensive when there is no obvious way to contact customer service.

I placed the order on March 25 and there is no update since then even though the transaction has already been posted to my credit card. There is no shipping information, the order still just shows being received for more than a week.

Ordered a dress online. Waited for it to show up in my purchase history. It did not so I felt something went wrong. Ordered it again. Return policy when I ordered the dress was 30 days. I was going on a three week trip I paid for expedited shipping which was 2-3 days, it arrived 11 days later. when I received the dresses online, they had changed the return policy from 30 days to seven days. This was impossible as the dresses took 11 days to be shipped to me. Now the website states all sales are final.
Do not order anything from this illegitimate fraudulent company.

You did a good job and the delivery was swift

I placed an order on 3/24/2024. I haven’t heard anything about my order as of 4/1/2024. That’s unacceptable.

The website is easy to find what your looking for. They have a great variety of dresses as well. The deliver time is better than some stores. I enjoy the site, but I really miss going into the store.

I returned a pair of shoes and they never processed my return. They never responded to any of my emails.Their "live chat" does not work and there's no phone number for customer service. Terrible!!

The worst online company. It’s a total scam. They gladly took my money and shipped nothing. Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. Disgusting behavior of this so called company.

I have placed an order for 3 items. They shipped two and charged me for all three items. I reported this to them, sending the package slip. It has been 2 months without resolution, no money back, no responses. This has only one name: theft.

Even with all of the negative reviews, I took a risk. Like others, I learned my lesson. I waited a month for an order that never came. Then I had to file report with PayPal. The company informed me that the items are out of stock.
