My custom unit was incorrectly cut
My custom unit was incorrectly cut, I immediately reached out. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I was advised to use the feedback feature of my order. I got a response and more pictures were requested. Specific instructions were to respond with pictures in the same email. I did, and no response. I had to create another feedback. The response I got was that they’ve tried emailing me but it’s blocked. If that’s true then how am I getting all of these other emails from Lordhair? I have yet to hear back about my order. I’m really disappointed. I am out another $130 because I needed to buy a system from a competing brand just to have something to wear.

I wear my system daily and it holds up
I've worn this specific system for a couple of years, and I absolutely love it. The material makes it so seamless when it lays on the skin that I forget it's even there. I get the system with greys included, and it matches my hair perfectly. It took me a little time to get used to having it on my head, but now it feels like nothing is there. The shipping was extremely quick, and the customer service is great as well. Cissie from the support team has been incredibly helpful. I would recommend this product to anyone trying it for the first time because of how light the entire system is.

Dissatisfied with unit
I’m writing because the hairpiece I received is not consistent with the quality of my previous orders. The quality is noticeably worse than my previous units. The fit is poor, the base seems smaller, and the hair density is much lower, making it look unrealistic. I’m very dissatisfied with this unit, but unfortunately I have to use it for now since my old one is worn out.

Not made to customer's specification
The hair density was supposed to be light. But compared too the last orders, the density appears to be medium light. I ordered a crown, nota part on the hair, but it came without a crown and with a part.
The hair length was supposed to be no longer than a certain length, but it was longer by haf an inch to a full one inch.. When I told the customer service, they said they cutter hair just like the hair in the photo I sent. The length I specified was the measurements I made on the hair in the photo, so it was just a poor excuse. Even without measuring, anyone can tell the new system is way too long and denser.
Even, before, When I asked for a certain length, they cut it too long, longer by half an inch or even an inch longer. I do not know why they cannot mreasure the length right. Someone should check the order before sending the system to a customer. They shoul have a much better quality control. Check each hair to see it is made according to the order.
So, I received $100 refund after I sent two photos comparing the one I sent with my order and and the other of the new hair. I asked to be the same length, hair style and same light density, but they were totally different. Why can they not check that after the haircut?
I had to spend too much time to prove their mistake.
