I have to say the bags are beautiful…

I have to say the bags are beautiful but the way they work is not good, I have order from their web chose the one I wanted and when arrived was the wrong bag... I have asked to exchange it for the one I want and the web doesn't work properly they said I can keep the wrong bag and get one that I want. but I didn't get anything I wanted because all the colourful ones are sold out and I said I could wait until arrive but no they only give me the option of a black plain bag.... so I end up with two bags that I don't like when I had preferred one that I do! terrible organisation and over charge on delivery!!!
