While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Never answered

Hello. I use loteriadelrey site. There isn’t never any answer. Can you provide written confirmation of the process used to validate jackpot-winning tickets and the documentation that guarantees payment of the prize to the ticket holder? If my ticket wins, do you provide the ticket holder with a scanned copy of the winning ticket and written confirmation that they are the rightful owner of the prize

Unprofessional and legally impossible…

Unprofessional and legally impossible verification requirements!

I am a Swiss citizen legally residing in Romania. Lotería Del Rey is refusing to pay out my funds because I submitted a Swiss passport. They are demanding a Romanian-issued ID instead.

This is a legal impossibility—governments do not issue national passports to foreign expats! A Swiss passport is an official, globally valid identity document. Withholding my money based on a document I cannot legally possess is a textbook example of avoiding payouts under the guise of KYC.

Unless this is escalated and resolved immediately, a formal complaint will be lodged with their gambling licensing body and ECC-Net. Avoid this platform if you live abroad!
