Scott our engineer was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He detected the problem with my Samsung washing machine within minutes and took the time to ensure my machine was back up and running effectively and efficiently. Highly recommend this company.

Great service
Same day visit, with advanced notice of 2 hour slot, and notification 15 mins before arrival. Quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and tested the machine. Very happy to recommend.

Broken down washing machine
This is the 2nd time I've used Lothian Domestics to fix my washing machine, separate issues. They are prompt and keep you in the loop as to when they'll arrive. Paul, diagnosed the issue straight away and repaired it there and then. He saved me £100's on a new washing machine. There prices are very competitive, I was amazed at how little it cost, £116 for visit, diagnosis and fitting new washing machine brushes. I thoroughly recommend this company with a 5 star rating and won't hesitate to use them again in the near future.

Once you have booked an appointment, they keep you updated with the estimated arrival time. Also, you get sent a link to see exactly where your engineer is. Stephen was very polite, listened to my issue and fixed the microwave no problem. Overall great service!

Once I'd jumped through Samsung's hoops, dealing with this company was quick, simple and easy. Immediately got an appointment within the week and then was notified that a cancellation meant I could bring it forward, which I did. Less time without the washing machine was very much appreciated. Steven, the engineer who came out to see me was polite, efficient and personable. He sorted everything out quickly. Excellent experience all round. Would recommend.

A swift and efficient repair
My repairs were carried out swiftly and efficiently. It was helpful that the engineer had the correct parts with him at the time of the visit to repair my machine. A pre-visit phone call during which the engineer diagnosed the most likely fault assisted in this process. All in all I am very happy with the work that was carried out and my tumble dryer is now performing exactly as it should again.

A very professional company…
The young woman who took the call when I phoned to ask for a repair visit (as directed by Samsung) was intelligent and quick to arrange the assessment visit.
The repair engineer visits were completed professionally and the company sent texts to let me know when their people would be arriving.
The repair was completed professionally and the repair engineer was very pleasant to deal with.
Altogether, from start to finish, a very professional company, thank you.
