Website error, shipping error, zero communications

I ordered a Chagall print, then realised the one pictured on the website was not the one listed, due to a website error. I emailed about it but received no response, only confirmation that the correct print was being sent. I had said I may not want the correct print as it did not match the description. Then it was sent to the wrong address - my home address not the shipping address I provided. Then I was not home to receive it and all communications from Fedex were in French. Finally as I was away travelling it was returned. Now I am receiving emails from Fedex, still in French which I do not speak, saying that it can't be returned as no one was there to receive it.
