Yeah.... I unfortunately made the mistake of looking at reviews AFTER already ordering off their website, and they were pretty much the same as my experience. I ordered a shirt, pants, and some shoes, none of which have shown up nor have I received the supposed tracking number they said they would send, and I sent them an email nigh immediately after making the purchase to both the customer support and someone who supposedly works there, "Fiona", who sent a confirmation email, neither of which were ever answered. I've mostly given up and just decided to eat the loss, but please don't order from them, they also have the audacity to claim themselves as a "small, woman owned business in Florida" when others have pointed out that those who DO get their packages, it's all from China, seemingly ordered off aliexpress or the likes.

I ordered a product and they contacted me to tell me that I have to pay extra for shipping. I told them that I was canceling the order and I didn't receive any answer, nothing about the refund.

I think this is a sham/scam company. I am very careful about online ordering from new websites and previously could not find any reviews for them, so I read the terms on their site diligently before purchasing. I decided to buy 2 items after seeing their company address was based in Florida, USA and claim that items would be delivered in 7-9 days. Red flag #1 was after I paid for my order, I did not get a email confirmation or receipt. 1 item came at 3 weeks with a return address in Irvine, CA which is different than their company address. I also live in CA which leaves me to question why it would take 3 weeks to ship to CA. The only logical answer was the dress came from China and they used an intermediary drop shipper. Red flag #2: when I tried looking up their contact info in Paypal to inquire about my order, the website they listed was different from the one I ordered, it was a software website. I had to go into my Google history to find the original website to get the contact info. month. They only replied once to my inquiry saying that since the items were out of stock in the US they had to get it from China. I should have been notified when any item(s) are out of stock and given a choice as to wait or cancel. They did not give me that option and I never would have wanted to order from China. Nowhere on their site was their a mention that their products came from China. I was misled to believe it was from the USA.

I’m really sorry it has come to this but I’ve been waiting for an item I ordered 5 months ago and have her to receive.

Communication has been incredibly poor throughout. The item was originally refused by customs and returned to the company who since claim to have sent a replacement.

The initial return was out of their control but their poor communication is entirely their fault.

I have sent a number of emails and only received 2 in response. I’ve requested the tracking details for the replacement a number of times and been ignored.

Unfortunately I’ve now no other choice but to source a refund via my bank. I would NOT recommend this company.
