Received a broken palette which I paid £140 for, returned it and they claim to have lost it, refuse to refund me

Excellent customer service and value for money. Ordered two lipsticks and one came damaged which was an obvious manufacturing fault and not a packaging or transit issue. Received a response regarding my damaged product within two hours and once they had checked my order and seen a picture of my damaged product a replacement was sent out the following day

Ordered from this company, got confirmation email, they took payment but no order. No response to emails either. Avoid like the plague! Passed to PayPal to sort

Was dubious due to mixed reviews but couldn't get the lime crime shade I was after anywhere else, besides paying ridiculous shipping prices, so went for it. Delivered in stated delivery time, absolutely no problems, product was packed well, would purchase from them again.

I've only purchased from Love Makeup once and after reading reviews I was a little nervous, but I couldn't be happier! Placed the order on the Thursday 29th and it had arrived NYE which was the following Saturday.. two days later!! I saw where the package was from and couldn't believe it! Items were correct and in perfect condition. I can't comment on their communication as I haven't had to contact them but what I can say is that I will definitely be purchasing from their website in the future

I ordered a duo lash glue off this website, the description was simply "duo lash glue" and the picture for the item was the blue box of the CLEAR lash glue. When my order came I was shocked to find out id been sent the DARK BLACK coloured lash glue! I am so clumsy there is no way I could use that, I'd ordered the clear, the picture was of the clear! So I emailed straight away to let them know of my problem. That was two weeks ago and NO RESPONSE as of yet. I am annoyed because £10 is a LOT of money for an eyelash glue, never mind the wrong one that I can't use. And not responding to customer complaints is awful.

I ordered lime crime velvetines cement, completely different colour it came out green! My friends also couldn't believe how different it looked from the advertisement, I emailed love make up and they won't offer a refund because it's used ...how else can I see the colour!?the casing is frosted . And they say colours may look different on different devises and screens LOL!! So basically don't order anything because you may recieve something totally different and won't be able to get a refund!

Honestly I was a little worried because of the very few reviews I could find regarding this company, and they were very mixed. But my other choice was to order straight from the brand and pay high shipping prices plus customs.
So I gave it a chance and I couldn't be more happy! The products arrived within two days, securely packaged. I can only recommend Love Makeup.

I ordered the Rae Morris liquid foundation brush. I paid extra for delivery and was pleased with the fast dispatch and delivery time. The bad... All Rae's brushes come in a sealed packet and a protective sleeve. The packet had been opened and the brush was out of its sleeve, the sleeve was crumpled up inside the packet. Really unhappy as this was an expensive brush. I have ordered from many many beauty sites and have never had this before. Needless to say I will never order from them again.

As someone who lives in Germany and loves the high quality make up products from zoeva, I was totally gutted when I found myself in England with no brushes! When looking for a UK site to send them next day delivery for me, I was so happy. They arrived on time and were delivered to my requested neighbor while I was at work. Thankyou so much, you saved my night out!

I ordered some items from their website on March 17, and it was dispatched on March 18. According to their website, their delivery time is 7-10 working days from the day of dispatch (to Denmark).
I haven't recieved anything yet, and I don't have a tracking number. It's now been 15 working days since the day of dispatch.

Their customer service hasn't answered my email complaining about it yet, and I sent it on April 5.

Always make sure to check Trustpilot, and make sure to get a tracking number.

My order was shipped on 15th Jan and it never arrived. The order was apparently sent by Royal Mail 1st class tracked but I had to follow up twice to get a tracking number and once received it gave no information whatsoever on whether the item was ever posted as for some reason the service they use is only scanned on delivery!? This is something I have never come across with Royal Mail before and is completely useless as it means there is actually NO PROOF the seller has really posted the order in the first place!?!

When it had still not arrived over a week later, I called them (as they hadn't replied to email) and was told that I have to wait 15 workings days (Royal Mail guidelines) to see if the parcel arrives and then I have to follow up with them again. At no point did they apologise for the inconvenience or the fact the order had never arrived, or offer to resend h
(like any other seller I have ever used) ... there was ZERO customer service in this respect and they simply did not seem to care at all, which is totally unacceptable in my opinion.

Luckily the order was Google Certified and Google got involved, they refunded me straight away. In the meantime I also followed up with Royal Mail and they said 15 working days was in fact wrong as the guidelines were changed in August 2015 and it is only 10 days before an item is considered lost. So Love Makeup were using old information anyway.

If you want your stuff in a hurry and without risk be careful, as if things do go wrong with your order you will have a long wait for a resolution and you will have to be proactive to get it sorted out.... I'm not used to dealing with a supplier like this and in future will stick to more reputable sellers who actually value their customers... Please make sure if you get offered the opportunity to activate the Google Certified shopping service when checking out that you do it, as Love Makeup are the worst beauty seller I have ever dealt with.

I have ordered from them a few times in the past and had smooth transactions, unfortunately it seems you have to have a problem before you truly find out the quality of a Company and the value they place on their customers, customer service, customer experience and if they care about repeat business.

Everything with Love Makeup seems geared towards their benefit not the customers, so use them at your own risk! A company that resolves mistakes quickly is one you will go back again but due to the way they dealt with me and this issue I won't ever use them again.

Was a little apprehensive about using this site as it seems a bit unknown so was unsure if it was legit and products were genuine. Placed an order midday Friday and had great communication about the status of the order, and it arrived promptly the next day!!!! The best thing is that delivery is free on orders over. £50. Great site would definitely recommend.

This is the first time I ordered from LoveMakeup so I didn't expect much. Also i experienced that the delivery time from UK is aprox. 5-10 days. I was shocked when my order landed 2 days after! Absolutely great service and fast delivery. Great product and offers.
