Have enjoyed using a few of the gel polishes. Great colours and long lasting. Plus when I needed help Martine was very quick at responding and helping to solve the issue. Would recommend!

I absolutely love Candy Coat products. They are so pigmented and last for ages. The packaging is amazing and the added bonus of free sweets makes the ordering experience extra special. Customer service is fab too - Martine has helped me on several occasions and has really gone the extra mile each time. 100% recommend, 5 stars ⭐️

Well nail lovers grab a cuppa because I have some Tea.
Incase you only have a teacup, long story short is, it’s a scam.
I did this for 5 months received 2 boxes and battled for 7 months to get £45 back for the boxes I hadn’t received. If this happens to you go to the bank and claim a dispute, you have to do this within 120 days. The bank will get the money back, as from experience this dodgy company ain’t giving you a single penny of your hard earned money. They’ll try fob you off with sending you other polishes blah blah blah but just get that money back and go to a more reliable company!

Martine was very helpful and sorted a replacement lamp as mine was faulty. It was dealt with very quickly and I’m excited to receive my replacement.

So bitterly disappointed with my whole experience ordering from Love Candy. Will never order again and recommend nobody does. Had ordered the subscription box in Dec first payment went out Jan 15th but no subscription box ever arrived. I messaged few weeks on and was told that they were experiencing few problems but would be sent soon. Then Feb payment went out emails going back and forth not getting anywhere then phoned and told issues as stock stuck in international transit but would get my boxes soon but in mean time if I sent email with 6 colours they would send out in 48 hr post. Did that 2 weeks later no nail colours, no reply, no subscription boxes. Emailed several times and have been told they need to look into it and would get back to me. This was 6 weeks ago. Now no one picks up the phone and getting nowhere on email. I have given LoveCandy months to rectify and sort but no joy and have found the whole process very stressful. I will now be taking this forward as a dispute so my bank will get money back and report them to Trading Standards organisation.

Candy coat has been my favorite nail brand for years now, they’re products are high quality! And today I’d like to thank Sheerah for her quick response and for resolving my issue. As a nail artist I highly recommend Candy coat products!

Love the products but they we all damaged and chipped on the bottles.

Always great products and value, love the packaging …although I think could be a little less tiny bits as they go everywhere when I open it. Otherwise always a great product …..miss the free sweets too more sweets less confetti in packaging 😁

Great first experience with Candy Coat!

When the order was shipped, I didn’t receive the tracking link that was supposed to be included in the shipment email they sent. Martine from Customer Care was very sweet, helpful and replied to my emails really quickly, sending me the information I wanted and the tracking link right away.

I ordered April 1st and my package was delivered on April 13th. The order was processed and shipped by Candy Coat on April 3rd. I am quite satisfied about this time frame since it was an international delivery (France) and Easter period.

The products are great so far and good quality! Love the quality of the gel polishes and the color range they offer. I liked how the package was filled with little glittery hearts (be careful because as pretty as they are, they will go everywhere if you don’t! Haha), little pompons and of course a little bag full of candies!

The only thing I regret is that the shades look a little different on the website and in real life. Some pictures while being worn would be really helpful if they were added on each gel polish shade. I had to read the comments from previous customers that had posted pictures with their review in order to get an idea of the real color I’d receive - if there was any available.
A lot of products were also out of stock, narrowing down the choice of packs, colors or even all the basics a newbie needs.

I’ll probably order again :)

Absolutely love candy coat! Products are fabulous, great offers, quick delivery and response to queries is always super quick and they’re so helpful. Would recommend candy coat to anyone ☺️

I have just used the nail pens for the first time and am not overly impressed. The base coat pen doesn’t work at all, the blue one is pretty but very thin and still see through after 2 coats. The other one is a glitter one and is better but still not great . Feeling disappointed as they are not the cheapest and expected better for the money

I ordered from this website. They look after their customers well,their products are amazing for a reasonable price and amazing quality. I had a spot of bother and Sheerah helped me out and now the problem is solved

Fab service, prompt delivery and love the candy stix absolutely fab invention so easy and quick to get gorgeous nails, ordered a 2nd already!

Excellent products work amazingly and so easy to use, so reasonably priced and came super fast only thing was boxes and parcel was damaged during delivery but that’s on the couriers

Order never arrived, and I’ve called and called this company and emailed loads and nothing. Please be careful people. Wish I’d seen these reviews before placing an order.

Sorted in the end ❤️ after much frustration and messaging bk and forth . Candy coat did indeed send me replacement of the products that ROYAL MAIL failed to deliver. My products came and I’m in love they are so good , they even gave me 30% off my next order . So thank you candy coat .
