I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my order

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my order. They claim it’s because they were shut for Christmas, so I gave them benefit of the doubt.

They then decided to dispatch my items on Saturday via DPD WITHOUT giving me a tracking number?!?! I’ve never known anything like it. I’m planning to launch my own business soon and would be mortified if I did this to a customer.

If it’s not here by tomorrow, I’m going to my bank and asking for a chargeback. It’s completely unacceptable.

Order has not come, lied about shipping

Still not received parcel despite paying for 48 tracked delivery been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered was told it was shipped in an email but when emailing again they said it hadn’t even been despatched no communication since it’s a shame last time I order from there I have now asked for a refund as it looks like my parcel won’t arrive as when I ask for a rough date they avoid the question please don’t waste your time ordering from here I speant over £100 and I have nothing to show for it I’m devastated

This company never posts my orders on time, returns and refund policy’s are terrible if you check, and customer service is quick in replies but also useless for anything other than a ‘apology’. Which is a shame because their products are pretty good.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They take money from your account without permission!! It's been 3 weeks since they took payment for a subscription that i cancelled nearly a year ago and i still haven't had my money back. AVOID!!!

AVOID— BANK DETAILS AT RISK

Do not buy anything from this company. I had the same experience as one of the reviews below..
Had a subscription with them, noticed I was getting duplicate products and realised it was their way of getting rid of unsold stock so cancelled in January 2023.have not bought anything from them since.
Few weeks ago I see a payment taken from my account by Candy Coat. When I questioned this through their instagram DM’s I was told by Molly all subscriptions had been re activated. When I pointed out that this absolutely unacceptable and most likely a GDPR breach (why do you still have my bank details??), Molly then changed the story and said nothing had been done by them and I must have done it myself without realising. Molly eventually agreed to give me a refund, but I’m yet to receive anything.
I feel uncomfortable with them having my details so have requested a Subject Access Request and for my details to be permanently deleted but I doubt they’ll even know what this is.

Taking unauthorised payments!

If I could give 0 stars I would
Where to begin! First of all check your bank as they have signed people back up without consent
I signed up November 2022 and cancelled in December 2022 after them taking payment and not delivering the product terrible communication and reluctant to send refund so In the end accepted the 2nd subscription box (rubbish)
Jump forward November 2023 they have taken £15 out of my bank account unauthorised! When I finally got a response they informed me they have signed me back up! WITH WHAT CONSENT? None. Now trying to get a refund and going through the fraud team as this business is shocking and needs closing down

PLEASE SAVE YOUR BANK AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! UNTRUSTWORTHY

Took 2 payments for a monthly box, wouldn’t issue me a refund. Sheerah has the worst attitude and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend as it’s only a matter of time something will go wrong with your order and you 10000% will not get a refund.

The customer service is appalling

The customer service is appalling. Ordered about 8 months ago but forgot to leave a review here. Wouldn’t refund my order when I emailed instantly saying I’d ordered the wrong thing then blocked me from social media and deleted all my negative comments. People who email are very rude and only interested in taking your money

Received my order really fast, only problem was the box was dinted (ovs it was the courier) and this is a birthday present, got in touch with the company and Sue sent me a new box out straight away.

Brilliant customer service

I received my order however in transit a few items were smashed, I emailed Candy coat customer service team and Martine was very helpful and very quick at responding and sending me a replacement plus some freebies 😊 very happy with how this was resolved.

I had an issue with a product as box…

I had an issue with a product as box was broke and my nail brush was split. Candy coat was quick to act fast. Martine who dealt with also gave me some freebie, a new box and a new brush more than I expected. I'm very very happy with the experience and can't wait for the new subscription service. Definitely subscribing to this. Thankyou martine

Shopped here before and the products…

Shopped here before and the products are FAB! Recently placed an order for 5 new gel nail polishes with i am so excited to try out. One of the products I ordered was out of stock and I was contacted promptly by the customer care team who provided great assistance. Just wanted to say a big thanks to Martine for all her help in sorting out my order. The level of service I received from the customer care team was second to none and made my shopping experience with this company a very positive one and I would recommend CandyCoat to everyone.

This company is amazing and so very understanding when some of my candy crush product spilled in shipping. They even sent me a new bottle of candy crush popping gel remover and freebies to replace what I lost. Absolutely recommend this company, 100 percent.
