The product itself is great! I requested some additional photos and they provided what I was looking for. My only gripe was that I ask original packaging be removed and instead they used the original box as the shipping box, and it was a heavy box. So I feel like I probably paid more than I should have in shipping. Customer service offered me a shipping coupon as an apology so that was nice.

I just got my order and wow the shipping qwality is very good and I like how pretty fast they deliverd my goods.
