Great estate agents! Good communication, responsive and proactive right through the process. Michelle, Jamie Connor and Chelsey were always approachable, friendly and professional in assisting with the sale. Michelle in particular was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls and clearly very experienced in closing sales.

All the staff including Michelle, Jason and Steve, were all very professional, in all there dealings with us in the purchase of 6 St Andrews Drive

After a poor experience with another estate agent we switched to Loveitts (Nuneaton). What a difference. Jason was prompt in evaluating the property and it was being advertised within 24hrs. Sold within a few weeks and Steve and Michelle have been great in providing guidance, advice and tracking the sale on their dashboard. We couldn't have asked for better. Would highly recommend this company and team.

Despite giving a leaving notice of 3 month period, still haunt you for rent.
Disappointing service, disgraceful behaviour.

Did I have to climb mount Everest to take my name off the tenancy??
Why couldn't you tell me when I handed over 3 month notice that I need to burn some midnight oil for getting off the tenancy?
Why were you not transparent about it then? This is the trickery and dubious behaviour that you guys exhibit.
If I tell you that I am leaving, I am not concerned about the other person. You should have entered into a new contract with the other person and NOT kept me in the contract.
And you should've told me what else I should do do to get my name off the contract, which you haven't even donenow!!

We recently went to market to sell our home. We chose the agent selling the house we wanted to buy, which was outlined from the beginning by us, along with budget, expectations, and that we wanted a transparent and trusting relationship from the start.

We put in an offer which we were told was liked by the vendor and that we’d have a week whilst they were on holiday to present our property in readiness. We were of the understanding that we were the primary contestant for the property but this was not the case, we were actually insurance in case the purchaser they had already acted on pulled out.

We were not told of this purchaser, meaning we never stood a chance of buying this property. We went through allowing viewing of our own property unaware we did not have a chance of the house we were on the market to buy had already sold, and when we were informed, it was on the back of a discussion regarding our own property viewing.

We are now of the impression that Loveitts, recently bought by another company, operate for their own purposes. They are opaque. Untrustworthy and we hope we never have to deal with this company again as we know that we could not trust anything they said.

They will do anything for their commission, using your hard earned property. You are nothing but their cash vehicle. Disgusting.

Loveitts were professional all the way along the sale of property and worked well as a team and the whole experience was a "joie de vie"

They were clear with everything around the sale, were helpful with advise and suggestions, and ultimately were highly successful with the sale and now completion. Got awesome guidance from Becky when booking a last minute viewing.

She's looked after us, as we were travelling from London to Coventry and managed to squeeze us in for an early viewing, although spaces were tight.

She's also gone above and beyond in making sure we get to the house safe and sound, and on time. She's given us an idea on how quickly taxis will come, how far is our next viewing, etc.

Honestly, couldn't have wished for a better agent to chat to. Much appreciated Becky.

Not professional. As we had a sale agreed, they ask for a lot of documentations which I provided them. But they haven’t told me that it is in chain. When they told me, at that time, He said the vendor is happy to break the chain, then another person enters who was in charge of the case and said she is not going to break the chain. I even have the valuation done. Loss a lot of money and time. They don’t have serious sellers.

I dealt with Sara, she was very helpful and kept me updated with the progress on selling the house. I would use Loveitts again if i was going sell a property through auction.

Jade was super helpful and friendly. Completed our application and we moved in 4 working days after the viewing. It’s so nice to see some genuine good customer service, having previously been with Connells (who were useless btw!) it’s nice to see Loveitts are completely different thanks to people like Jade.
