Simple and fluid

I received a faulty pair of trainers and organised a return via emails with customer services and paying for the return postage, which I was told would be refunded. These trainers were received 9th May and I have still not had my refund for the trainers or the postage. I have sent proof of delivery and postage and emailed three times waiting for a reply and trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, however o have had no communication. There is no phone number to ring either. My only option now is to start a charge back with the bank.

Delivery and cost all good from supplier however these are billed as wide foot boots. When placed next to my wide feet the boot looks half the size. I feel like an adult trying on kids shoes with these even though length is fine width is so narrow I cannot understand how they are marketed as for wide feet

I have bought stuff from this website previously & not had a problem but on this occasion.. I purchased a ball & football boots. For some reason my order was split into 2 parcels. The ball was delivered pretty quickly. The football boots still havent arrived. It has been 2 weeks.. I have sent 3 emails trying to contact Lovell Soccer. Not had one reply. There is no contact phone number for them. Courier Evri, the website advises to contact the seller ! Communication is non existant

Was offered a 10% code off of my first order, which they never bothered sending. So not a great start. Items haven't arrived yet, i will update once they do.

Ordered in time for next day delivery, paid for premium next day delivery at £12 or so. Date stated item would be delivered 3rd May.

Nothing delivered. Complete and utter waste of time.
I only ordered via Lovell as you offered next day delivery.
I should have stuck with Pro direct and saved my money as the boots are £70 cheaper.

Don’t offer next day delivery if you can’t fulfill it.

Was able to filter for wider fit. Not quite 5 stars as couldn’t get delivered for Sunday without paying full next day shipping costs

I was really refreshed with the amount of stunning options in the store. it came to my attention to try lovell when i noticed my usual boot websites lacked the products i was searching for in my size. once i had picked out my boots i saw amazing value offers on jerseys, running shoes and all sorts of other equipment. couldn't recommend the site more. thanks again.
