Thank you for the prompt replies. i Ordered some Gucci boots on the 25th January 2023 only to recieve an email on the 3rd feb to say these were no longer available and that my refund would be processed. Quite dissapointed in the service really. Still waiting on my refund....9th Feb 2023.

Came across Love Luxe on Instagram and I’ve been following the page for a while.
I decided to have a sort out and I sent Charlotte some photographs of designer items I no longer use/wear. I received a quick response and the offer of both direct sale and consignment was much more than I expected.
The process from start to finish was easy and stress free and I would definitely use them again. 😊

I purchased a Gucci bag from this company and didn’t think anything of it as it came with an authentication certificate. I happened to get the bag authenticated myself and it came back as counterfeit. I went to 3 independent companies, one which Love Luxe happens to use and again all 3 confirmed it was a fake bag. Disappointed and shocked the least to say. I wasn’t offered a refund or an apology whatsoever. Even the t&c’s set by the authentication company have not been correctly followed. If anyone has purchased an item/s from the company please get it authenticated.
FYI I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NO REFUND FROM A CHARGEBACK. So leaving a damning response to my review is absolutely appalling. Clearly a very bad service to a company selling counterfeit items and trying to cover it up. One of the most unprofessional companies to ever deal with. To say there was no existent issues when 3 companies reviewed the bag and advised it was definitely fake. To even ask me for my bank details for a refund when I had requested for the refund to be given by the original format I used which was PayPal. To pretend to be shocked at the outcome of the authentication then blame the downfall of the reputation of the company on social media has got to be a joke.

Sold me a fake bag with a fake authenticity certificate. Please have any items you buy from this company independently authenticated

I purchased some trainers from this company and I probably got the deal of the year to be honest! The photos actually didn’t do justice to what incredible condition they are in, despite all the postal issues they arrived within a day or two of dispatch. They came in the original box with the card as well. My personal experience of this company is that I cannot fault them and I would definitely buy from again.

I've bought quite a few items from loveluxe in the past, everything is amazing quality and extremely well priced. Comes with authentication certificate so you can be sure you're getting a genuine item. I won't hesitate to buy again! ( Hopefully soon!)
