I purchased a designer bag for Love Luxe and so pleased with the whole experience!! At first I was a bit apprehensive as to hadn’t heard of the site but saw it recommended in a few Facebook groups and joined their WhatsApp group.

Their goods are fantastic and whilst they sell preloved designer goods also do sell some new ones (which I purchased) the prices are much better than a big store or from the brand themselves and comes with an certificate of authenticity.

The communication through WhatsApp was great and I got sent the tracking details of my order when it shipped.

Highly recommend and will absolutely be using again!

My husband purchased a pair of trainers today and we cannot fault the service provided. He sent an enquiry as to the opening hours of the store, which was responded to immediately. The lady in the shop was lovely and very helpful. The trainers were sold as worn, however they are like brand new and a really good price. Will definitely buy again!

My Prada bag from love lux came today and I absolutely love it. From ordering to delivery it came in 5 days, the lady I ordered from was so helpful and she kept me informed throughout. Would definitely purchase again.

Items are always as described. Some bargains compared with RRP. Charlotte always lovingly wraps the items and enclosed a hand written envelope with the receipt and a thank you note. A pleasure to deal with. Regular offers and sales as well as raffles.

This was not my first purchase, and it won’t be my last!!

I have bought from Loveluxe before and had no issues however I recently purchased a YSL puffer pouch and when I received it, it wasn’t what I expected, the dimensions given were incorrect, it stated 19cm width which at the bottom it is but at the top it’s 18cm and my phone wouldn’t even fit in it. Therefore the pouch was not what I expected and I proceeded to cancel and return the order. Charlotte refused to refund me even though I stated my consumer rights and distance selling rights. Charlotte has also proceeded to block me on whatsapp and has removed me from her whatsapp selling groups which I find to be extremely unprofessional given I have not been rude to her at all nor have I given her a reason to block me, all I have requested is a refund for a pouch that I no longer have in my possession. So not only am I now out of pocket £425 I also don’t have the bag. I feel like I have been robbed/scammed, all I ever wanted was to resolve this amicably however I have been given no option but to raise a dispute through Paypal and trading standards to get my money back. Be very careful when purchasing from this website. Charlotte if you read this can you please unblock me so we come to a resolution, thank you.
