Mothers Day Sadness

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day delivery. Not delivered. I complained, automated email blamed Royal Mail. When tracking the delivery it hadn’t even been received by Royal Mail. Complained again. Another automated email which stated that I cannot cancel the order. This is so wrong. I accept Mother’s Day is a very busy time, but it’s not like it doesn’t happen every year. No human contact. The only reason I ordered flowers and a balloon was because my elderly mother is poorly with Norovirus and didn’t want me to visit. I feel very let down by this company and if I could give no stars I would. I’m now out of pocket and will order from a reputable company, and goodness knows if she will ever receive anything from this heartless company.

Automated emails only, when delivery botched

Automated email warned me of delivery 10 days early. I replied to complain and received a standard email listing this as a normal occurrence. No real person bothered to respond.
5 days before my order date, Royal Mail warned me of delivery. I replied to complain and received the same standard email listing early delivery warning as a normal occurrence.
I replied asking for urgent assistance since this was Royal Mail confirming a very early delivery. No response.
Delivery arrived 3 days early. I asked for a response to explain. Never had any response!!
Absolutely awful service and no human assistance/responses at all !!

If I could leave no stars I would

If I could leave no stars I would.
Avoid this company like the plague.
They don’t believe in good customer practice whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble and buy a bunch of flowers from your supermarket. At least you get what you want.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my cousins birthday and what arrived is nothing like what I ordered.
What’s more, the flowers had no water whatsoever. I am so disappointed with this whole experience. I could have got better fir £10 from my local supermarket.

Get your flowers from anywhere else.

Don’t buy from Lovely Flora World.

Ordered a LARGE mauve/lilac/cerese bouquet, ended up with 5 pink roses and some fluff foliage.

States on website refund if customer not 100% satisfied. That’s a lie. Prepare to take days to get through and then get brushed off with belligerent excuses and flippant ignoring of questions you want clarified.

Absolutely dreadful company promised to replace the ones dead after 1 day . Never never never never never never use 🤬🤬🤬 think the weeds in the garden looked better and that’s saying something . How this company is still in business looking at reviews is horrendous .

Also known as Blooma Florist - Utterly appalling service.
Choose Sunday delivery for Mothering Sunday. The flowers arrived 4 days earlier instead. Broken heads and infestation damage to all the leaves.
Zero customer service. Telephone calls ring out unanswered, emails are not responded to. Their automatic email back states "You re delivery will be on its way if you ve not received it yet" and "we re on it dont worry" Seems they must be used to receiving complaints about delivery and issues with the flowers. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to throw your money away and give someone broken and sick stems in the process.

AVOID. It’s a scam. Overpriced poor quality

Has to be the poorest bouquet of flowers I have ever received and they did NOT, look anything like the photo.

Flowers were practically dead within 12 hours and in the bin the day after.

Despite photos their Customer Service did not want to know and refused to refund.

£30 for an appalling excuse of flowers that should have been a thoughtful gift .

Save your money.

Company delivers late or not at all

Company delivers late or not at all. Their flowers when they do arrive, are in poor condition or dead. Do not use this company. They don’t answer the phone or reply to an email, they simply don’t want to know or care. Money wasted. Bad, bad company, avoid!

Don't advertise weekend delivery

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Sunday was showing delivery for Saturday/Sunday received email telling me flowers have been sent. Never arrived contacted company told me not to worry would definitely arrive on the Monday delivery between 9am-7pm still no show On the Tuesday asked for full refund as got flowers from another company was told they are on the way. Flowers arrived Wednesday 4 days later hardly any water not surprised asked for full refund again told me to send flowers back to them and they will refund I asked for prepaid postage as definitely not my fault don't see why I should be out more money was told they couldn't do that I asked again for full refund and they said they would only refund P&P disgraceful which came from Blooma Florist which is affiliated to them
Do not offer on website weekend delivery when you clearly can't deliver

Awful company send to wrong address !

Dreadful communication I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter so she could experience the delight of having her first bouquet delivered by hand. Instead it went to another address Miles away she had to go and collect from another person totally ruining the experience! I’ve written several times as I can’t find a phone number and they do NOT reply avoid at all costs !
Luckily they went to her aunt’s house but they could have ended up anywhere!! They don’t communicate and when the initial phone call I got from them checking I was genuine customer enquiry ( should have saved that number) the very thick accent of an Indian lady who couldn’t understand me nor her I! Very upsetting experience that should have gone with ease with postcodes and sat nav’s and fill addresses! Do yourself a favour GO ELSEWHERE!

Unsympathetic customer care

Flowers were delivered to my Aunt who is on end of life care. They lasted 3 days. When I contacted them they said they needed pictures. What a ridiculous response, who expects an 89 year old to take pictures of dead flowers.

Absolutely discusting company

Absolutely discusting company! Don't deliver when they say they will. Took 2 days chasing them and trying to get through and when you finally get through to them. They speak to you like Sh!t on the phone and don't help at all.

Flowers when they did arrive were garbage. Not worth the money and dead within a few day.

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY Absolutely disgrace from start to finish!!

Avoid them

Please make sure you read all small print on Thier customer service site do not go straight to shop as it does not state the rules let's you order through their own calendar to select delivery date then you pay then you do not get them as you ordered them 15 mins late but it still gives you the options to choose that day and customer service useless just said can not cancel as they went out for delivery so it was 24 hrs of fresh flowers driving around in transport so not fresh ... Give them a wide berth

Well!!!!!!! Dreadful! Please don't waste your money.

Well!!!!!!!! What a company! Wish I'd read these reviews before I'ordered'!

Rubbish uncaring service. How come they're still in business? They should be closed down. Also it's sad that we pick up this service off the internet! Who monitors the quality or reliability of company's like these? I like another unhappy customer would prefer to give them no stars or even minus stars but no such facility exists so I had to give them one star (think this is for the cheek of it even trading)
Wilting damaged weeds did arrive eventually. I complained! They want a picture - I sent one - now they want more pictures! For goodness sake - they asked for ONE. I sent ONE. Now they want more! Playing for time I think!
