Flowers arrived 2 days after I asked for it to be delivered, dont offer a Sunday delivery if you dont actually do it, plenty other companies would, covered in black mould, the heads falling off, wilted and brittle and my fiancee absolutely disgusted, literally just thrown them away, complete waste of money, "customer services" shown absolutely no compassion or even offer an alternative. Absolutely shocking service. Save yourself some hassle and buy locally and support a company that understands the meaning behind flowers

I have used this company a few times and they never disapoint always delivered on time and beautiful sprays of flowers at a competitive price

Flowers were ordered they took 6 days to arrive, they looked nothing like the photo. some of the flowers were shrivelled up. There was no water in the wrapper. When I contacted them and sent photos i was informed it met their standards. I have never sent a negative rv on any company. This was a gift for my mum. I found the whole experience upsetting. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else

All seems pretty straightforward..see what the flowers are like on delivery...

I have seen the flowers delivered and they look nothing like the picture , i see it as false advertising an will not be useing this company again , very poor !!

Once again late delivery poor quality I will find a better supply

Not the best company to deal with. Ordered some birthday flowers for my wife with yellow roses. Mmm got sent red roses with a different arrangement of smaller daisy type flowers. Not what I ordered. So emailed them to be told if we dont have them we send different flowers. Not the best will probably only last a few days. Won't use again

AVOID AT ALL COST , ASKED FOR DELIVERY DATE AND DID NOT HONOUR IT , WHAT IS THE POINT ? AVOIDDDDD

If i could give zero i would. Didn't deliver the flowers, chased after a days and didnt get a reply for a week. I emailed them asking not to send and to cancel order as had to get elsewhere. They then sent flowers. I refused delivered and demanded a refund. They said they had refunded me and yet again they lied and I had to chase them to refund me again and threaten with charge back. Scam company. Avoid!

Absolutely amazing again and again, my mum loves receiving flowers from lovelyfloraworld for special occasions and for just letting her know we love her. They come well packaged on time and are always fresh and beautiful, she always says after every delivery the house smells lovely. So thank you for helping me make my mams day.

I ordered an Expressions bouquet for my friend to help cheer her up a bit as she's been going through so much the past couple of years. When she saw it she saw the bouquet she was so pleased with it & couldn't thank me enough as she said it was really beautiful. I have used this company before & never been disappointed.
