had such a wonderful experience getting…

had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done by Jane! She’s not only incredibly skilled but also very detail-oriented — she took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The shape, polish, and design all came out beautifully, and I’ve already received so many compliments. On top of her talent, Jane is warm and friendly, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their work and their clients, I highly recommend Jane!

I was cut and overpriced

I went in with acrylics on to get an infill, I had previously phoned and agreed on a price of £23. After filing off the previous design the nail tech told me they would be £55 I explained to him that on their website it says £18 for an infill and £5 for my design, he refused to do that design as I did not have enough money and proceeded to charge me for a white french tip which should’ve been £20 i was told was £35 when trying to reason with them the owner started raising his voice. My fingers were cut several times during the filling process and everytime my hand flinched he would grab it and carry on. All in all do NOT go here they will over charge you when it’s to late for you to back out and it is a painful experience. keep in mind i am a 16 year old girl who went with her friend and this is how me and my friend where treated!

Had a wonderful gel manicure with very…

Had a wonderful gel manicure with very friendly, Jon. Very reasonably priced and clean salon. So pleased that 2 days later went back for a very nice pedicure by Lee(his father). He did a great job, but he was quiet. I will be back and highly recommend this salon to others.

Discrimination!

What is so lovely about an establishment that advertises walk ins welcomed and when I walk in am not welcomed? on July 2, 2015 at 7:23pm I walked in to get a pedicure. Note: salon closes at 8:30pm. I was greeted with an awkwardly stare and asked if I had an appointment? My first time there so I didn't know I needed an appointment. So I replied no I'm just walking in. She looks at her book and immediately ask me to come back tomorrow because she doesn't have any technicians but one is standing beside her and she has five appointments at 7:30pm. Ok I don't want to come back tomorrow I'm here now. I suggested waiting in case an appointment doesn't show. She still insisted no. I guess she just didn't want to do my nails. I left visibly upset. I called on my way home to see if I could get a discount since I was told to come back tomorrow. They did not suggest I make an appointment just come back tomorrow. The man that answered the phone said no I couldn't get a discount. He also refused to make an appointment because it sound like I would give them a hard time. Did it ever dawn on him I just wanted my nails done? Unbelievable! Where is the professionalism as advertised on the business flyer? There was none during my first visit and only visit. You lost a great potential customer.
