Disappointed
My order arrived one packet of dried food was open and had emptied out all over the packing box after picking it all up and putting it back in the bag I noticed they had sent 2 turkey instead of 1 lamb and 1 turkey so all in all I was very disappointed.

Excellent product and price, dire customer service (sorry)
This is the second time I've ordered from LovePetsuperstore, last time was very prompt delivery. This time I ordered on Monday 21/03/2016, heard nothing about delivery so followed it up with an email asking when I could expect it, then another, then a third - silence. This evening I received an email saying their systems had been causing trouble and it initially looked as though my payment hadn't gone through, but they've been in contact with Sage and everything is OK :} My parcel has been shipped today - fingers crossed! I appreciate blips happen, but if they'd contacted me, I could have spoken to my Credit Card Company and got this sorted immediately. Not impressed on this occasion.
