Poor communication, awful item
Really disappointed with the quality of this item. Looks cheap, there is no weight to the chain or rock, which is not even a rock. Reached out to get a refund as not happy with my purchase and sent two emails and no response. Avoid in my opinion.
Update 18th june : recieved an email and a refund after the judge.me review so I've added another star because customer service was great and I think the email situation just was lost.
Received my order quickly after the drop. I bought for Pride (10th June) and wore for about 2 hours in a parade, the gold has discoloured already and gone a bronze and the fastening has broken too :( I emailed 12th June, but still yet to receive an reply. I only bought because this jewellery is worn by loads of alternative influences I follow but I'm surprised no one else has mentioned the quality yet unless they are getting them free (pr) I wouldn't personally recommend but them maybe i just prefer top quality items.
