Kimberly was extremely helpful throughout the funding process. she answered all the questions I had with no issue and anything that needed confirming I had a reply back fast and updated by both phone and email and ensured that everything was handled efficiently. Once we had provided all the required information, a quick decision was made. We were very pleased with the support and communication we received throughout the process.
Most important thing to us being our first time, was we wasn't pushed to do doing anything we wasn't sure on or pushed to say yes to an approval there and then, Kimberly made sure it was fully what we wanted and needed as a business and making sure this was the right decision for us. there was no pushy sales pitch, it was help and support with an offer in black and white nothing more or less which made the whole process nice and easy with no stress.
