I went in to the the trafford centre with my little girl who was wanting her ears pierced but was very nervous, Rhea the store manager came and spoke to my little girl who quickly calmed her nerves and talked her through the process step by step, my little girl then asked if Rhea would actually pierce them as she felt comfortable and confident with her, she had them pierced with no problems at all and no tears, I would juts like to say a big thank you to Rhea for taking time to make her feel comfortable, she was so lovely and polite and let her take all the time she needed till she was ready, thanks again, oh and she really loves her new piercings 👍

My seconds have been done with a stud too small and the stew backs are ridiculous. My earring has sunken into my earlobe after it being put on too tightly therefore resulting in me not being able to loosen the stew back.

Poor quality
I'd never seen this store before so went in for a look, and ended up buying three pairs of silver stud earrings.
Disappointingly two of the pairs broke (the stones fell off) before I'd even got them in my ear lobes.
I now have to incur travel expenses to take them back 😠 and won't be repurchasing.

Today my 3-year-old daughter had her ears pierced at Lovisa in Victoria Place Shopping Centre, Tunbridge Wells, and the experience was wonderful.
The ladies there were incredibly kind, patient and professional. They made my daughter feel calm and comfortable, and everything was done quickly and gently.
She even received a little pillow as a gift to lie on, which was such a sweet touch.
Thank you for making this special moment such a lovely experience. I would definitely recommend this store.
Great piercing experience
Had my ears pierced with my friend by Elsie in the Bluewater store. we were both nervous but she talked us through it and really put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable. She was very professional and kind. Will definitely be recommending. Thankyou
quality is so so poor
quality is so so poor - their waterproof jewellery is not waterproof at all. after 2 weeks of wear, their ‘waterproof’ necklace tarnished.
their earrings irritated my piercings so much that i had to stop wearing them as after a day of having them in, my piercings were bleeding and swollen. now that i’m wearing my other earrings again, the irritation is gone.
i don’t know what they make their jewellery out of, but it’s definitely not the quality they claim. the only good thing is their customer service, but it’s really not worth it to even purchase from them in the first place.
Refusal to give paper receipt
Disgusted that Lovisa refused to give me a paper receipt and said they no longer give them anymore and can only do electronic via email. I won’t be shopping here anymore.
Awful staff members and cheap quality products
Purchased some earrings from here, opened them when i got home, they were faulty and broken. Called the store to let them know i was going to return them, was told by the staff member that i should read their policy because they can’t give refunds for faulty items. He was extremely rude and dismissive and was also rude when he served me in store. The policy states that faulty/broken products should be brought back into store for a refund, i contacted customer service who confirmed this, i’m reluctant to even take the product back in store because of how rude the staff members were. When i was being served he shoved the keyboard towards me and rudely asked for my email without explaining why. The online customer service has been extremely helpful with quick responses, so will be purchasing online from now on.
I had a nose piercing two weeks ago and…
I had a nose piercing two weeks ago and it has fallen out 6 times. I went back to the shop to see if they could put it back in; and I was told to let the hole close up then go back for them to do the hole again they would charge me a second time. The first time costed me £44, and they would charge me the same amount I first paid for a second time.

2nd time at the Norwich store and again…
2nd time at the Norwich store and again being refused a physical receipt. The first time I was told it was email receipts only - i refused so had no purchase details. Upon which I complained to their HO. Was then told by the HO via email that a physical receipt can be given if requested.
The 2nd and last time in store I was told again it was email or a "Gift receipt" - which does not have the transaction details. Even when I told them about the email from their HO stating I could, they still said it was email or a Gift receipt. Again complained to their HO who sent me an email without actually reading what i had put.
Now escalating the company to Citizens Advice who forward details to Trading Standards
No aftercare available and uneven piercings
Went in and had my thirds done. Don’t get me wrong the earrings are pretty. I was told all about the aftercare and was happy with what to do, they said it was included in the price. But after I had paid for the earrings they told me that there was no aftercare left and I would have to pay an extra £12 for “advanced” aftercare. On top of that, one of the piercings if extremely closer to my seconds than the other. To be fair, my other piercings aren’t even ( which I told her) and we both decided it wouldn’t look right till there was an earring in. Put the dots on, all happy with placement. But when she pierced it, it wasn’t very central to the dot. And made it too close to my seconds that’s piercing.
They also need to give an option for a printed receipt, and not taking an email for it.

We went to Huddersfield store yesterday and was told about earrings is on 50%off sale and been advised to come back tomorrow so we did go back and one of the staff trying to scam us to charge full price even though they still on sale then TANZILA take over and serve us with professional service she is too good is her work she deserves praise so
She serve us and give us 50% off as was originally on it and she pierced my daughter ear and we are so happy they way she treat us she is very good in her job. May God keep her happy
