Terrible quality, items look cheap and flimsy, necklace broke after opening package. Ridiculous returns policy made to prevent them. Avoid!

It took two weeks for the items to be shown as delivered and in fact not actually delivered to me. The parcel has no proof of delivery either. Will not use ever again.
