Took our booking at lunchtime Friday, went into administration Friday pm and took money from a holding account Sunday early am!! Great service!!! What were administrators doing to allow money to be taken after the event.

Booked 3 days before going bust didn't even let us know heard it from the transfer company we'd booked to get from the airport to the hotel!! Got to try & find a decent hotel now with only 3 weeks to go

Took our deposit just hours before going into administration so we are left we no holiday and no deposit. Awful

Went bust . Bought package holiday. 2 weeks later company folded. They new they had problems but still took money

Absolute joke took all our money and didn't pay the suppliers so now sat £1100 out of pocket and no holiday for the kids!!!

You took my booking on Thursday night 14 July and took my money out of my account on Friday evening as you went into administration

Booked our holiday back in Novembet and paid well over 3/4 of the total cost to cover the flights. Paid the final balance at the end of June. Found out from Hoppa the transfer company that they had gone bust. No communication from them at all!! Find out that despite administrators declaring that most flights are secured as they are paid when you book, these fraudsters hadn't even booked us on the flights, even though we paid 8 months ago!! Took all our money and not even flights secured!! Had to re-book but cost extra £350 for exact same package!! Now waiting to claim back through credit cards. These people are scum!! Taking money from hard working families knowing for months they were not going to deliver!! Paul Evans, you are your cronies are nothing but criminals!! Greedy and dispicable- you deserve to rot in prison!

Omg can't believe I've even received the email asking to review low cost 14/7/16 I book my holiday and the company knowing took my money the day b4 they go in2 administration Wat a farce!!!!!

I booked accommodation through the website on Thursday 14th July. This was the day before they went bust. Not only did they have the cheek to take my payment, have just received an email to win a £100 holiday voucher. Closing date being Tuesday 19th. What a joke

You knew you were going to administration yet you took my from people. This is fraud and everyone of you have to be imprisoned. I will pursue this till I find justice to the poor people you have taken advantage of and exploited.

Just had a 'tell us how we did' and win a £100 voucher from lowcostholidays! Paid over £2000 on Thursday evening to find out on Friday I've probably lost it all and now can't take my daughter on holiday!!! I can not use inappropriate language in this review as it will not allow....you can imagine what I am saying right now.

Booked with them on Thursday, friday they announced there in administration! Lost my money, my holiday and ruined my summer then I get an email to review them to win £100 in low cost holiday vouchers! Really! They are unreal! Absolutely no compassion!

is this a sick joke took 1000 pound day before you go bust and send me this?

Thieves and nothing more, stealing people's hard earned cash, getting people to send them money in return for a holiday for them to take the money and not give the holiday in return.

They took my money and then the next day they went bust .
Now trying to get my money back . Could take a while and I have no holiday
