It is what it says it is, low cost hosting. Overall very reliable, customer service does respond you do need to send a few messages or be patient but when your not paying for 24 / 7 support you expect it slightly slower.
Got lifeindigitalmobile.co.uk lifeindigitalbroadband.co.uk and lifeindigital.co.uk all registered with them and a works website.
For the money, great value and overall reliable and fast! cpanel very open and allows you to do ALL your own configuring once you've got your head around it. Ive managed to setup SSL and redirects with help from lowcosthosting's support team over a week and am very happy with the service I've had for the past 4+ years

LOWCOSTHOSTING SUPPORT HAS LET ME DOWN
Been a customer with these for a couple of years with just the odd issue. But recently in early 2016, their support system has become virtually non existent. All my websites failed and were offline. Despite submitting a so called HIGH PRIORITY ticket, it was over two days before the sites came back online. Two days and STILL NO UPDATE TO MY TICKET. There is no phone number for them and no live chat. If they are serious about offering a hosting service they MUST sort their support out IMMEDIATELY. I am now in the process of moving elsewhere but I am STILL locked out of my control panel. And yes, a high priority ticket has been raised but... no response after 4 DAYS. If you're looking for hosting, look elsewhere!!

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
It has been close to 3 days now and this company NEVER REPLIED to my 3 emails now.
Website says their Wordpress button is a quick instal but inside the CPANEL there is none. For me as a newbie to Linux, this is all too hard to do.
This company has no chat support or phone number.
STAY AWAY from this company
Regret buying a domain and hosting from them so I will be canceling ASAP
