I am always satisfied with their overall service as well as the quality of the lenses. One time my package got damaged on the way to my home address. Although it wasn't their fault, nevertheless lowlens replaced my package with a new one! I call this fantastic customer service! Hopefully postNL will take better care of packages next time.
The cheapest lenses, good quality. Not fast but you can trust delivery without tracking number. One thing I don't understand is why lenses divided on right and left? They're the same for both eyes 😂
You are a very efficient company with very good products and prices. I recommended it to my friends.
But for my last order, I have had a problem of delivery. My address written by you was correct but Post NL services didn’t put the full adress and I have had a lot of problem to receive it.
Furthermore I found the cost of delivery very expansive considering the very limited weight and size of the lenses. A shipment by letter with tracking would be really cheaper or to find other shipping company. Like that, you could more internationally competitive !!
Quick delivery. Would like to buy 3 lenses at a time but only option is 1 or 6 or more. Not practical.

If you would like three multifocal lenses, you could do three separate orders.
Or make an order by phone.
Because multifocal lenses are only sold as six packs.
Or as one pair.

Unfortunately I could not appreciate your service, since PostNL lost my order and they claimed that they delivered it to one of neighbour. I have talked with my neighbour and he says he was not at home on the delivery day. PostNL tells me they cannot do anything. I will make a complain about PostNL.
