The print quality is great, delivery a problem
The print quality is great. The one letdown is DPD! The parcel arrived with water damage and the corner torn that had penetrated the outer two layers of packaging. Fortunately the prints were protected by a waterproof inner wrap, which is a plus for the robust 3 layer packaging.

I'm always happy with the quality
I'm always happy with the quality. The process is frustrating. Auto colourgrading is not wanted & when printing an album, there is a secondary upload that gets put into spam mail everytime.

From the moment I signed up to order…
From the moment I signed up to order from Loxley it was great. They had a call with me and helped me understand more about the printing papers and what they are best for. The order of the various print papers and the calibration shots were super helpful. I really like Loxleys brand from all aspects!

As always speedy service, pictures sized and printed to high quality, but on this occasion an extra print of a young baby that wasn't one of my pictures, I duly returned it by post to Loxley as I couldn't bring myself to dispose of it.

Quality as expected and arrived within predictable time scales. I value the reliability of Loxley. Only issue I have on this occasion is with the delivery company who wouldn't wait till I answered the door and just left the package exposed on the doorstep. Good job it wasn’t raining - packaging would probably have saved the prints but putting it under shelter would have been more customer friendly or even waiting longer than 30 seconds for an answer. Loxley - talk to your delivery company

Great printing and helpful staff and website
From and initial email welcome from the sales manager to my framed prints arriving sooner that expected, everything ran smoothly. Being able to order test prints to be able to check how your monitor view is compared to the print is a great option. Plus Loxley do some correction to your print if required. All ads up to a very professional and reliable service.
