Great prints, great service, delivered promptly

Photos are nice quality.. but I really really dislike the website.
Have to be so careful that it doesn’t default to another size whilst choosing your prints.
Take your eye off the ball for a moment and your order is messed up. This has been a costly mistake for me in the past.

The sales person Jaqueline listened to wgat I wanted to portray advised on type of paper and cost using student discount I put my order in and 24 hours later my 1st class prints were ready and as advised using the type of paper stood out

Postage just for prints seems a bit excessive and is prohibitive for frequent ordering. No discount codes as well.

It's been a long time since I placed an order. However the service was as I remembered it, it was very good. Seamless ordering and great quality of product. There was a delay in progressing the order and I had to enquire when the product would be delivered, I received an apology for the delay and the product was duly received 48 hours later. This did not affect the my total satisfaction with the service.

All the team at Loxley were as always, helpful, understanding and friendly. The prints look great as well.

I'm an enthusiastic recently retired amateur photographer who is entering print competitions for the first time. I had not been able to reproduce the screen colours of my images when printing at home. There was a blue tinge to them that I was unable to remove completely successfully. I have been using Loxley colour for many years and they are just the best lab I have ever used, the service the professional quality the quick turn around times are brilliant, the best lab ever.

I asked for an old image of mine to be processed as a large edge print and shipped to Switzerland. The printing and mounting is superb and the shipping was super fast and efficient. When enquiring about the shipping cost I spoke to Fiona, who was friendly and helpful. Faultless service, as ever, from Loxley.

The canvas is so beautiful and the delivery was fast. They are wonderful to work with and will use them for all my wall art!
