We were able to find your new instructor within days and at a reduced cost of £56 which should cover your train fare. We appreciate you raising these issues and whilst we understand tensions can be high around test time, we will not engage with coercive behaviour.

Your first instructor didn’t meet our service standards, and we’ve since removed them from our platform. We refunded you for the lessons you reported as missed, even though this was disputed, because your experience matters to us.
Ahead of your test, we worked to connect you with an alternative instructor so your plans wouldn’t be disrupted, and we’re genuinely pleased you were able to pass.
We understand you were disappointed with our customer service, though our team did everything reasonably possible to resolve the matter, including after declining requests we believed were outside our policy. Throughout the escalation, we maintained professionalism and courtesy.
