The advice I received was helpful and the house sale by Auction went well, selling for a good price. All staff were helpful and efficient and everything went smoothly. As an Executor this made a potentially difficult process much less stressful than it could have been.

Initially a probate valuation enquiry with Romans in High Wycombe, Stephanie brought along Simon as an alternative way of selling the properties, so glad she did! Both Simon and Stephanie kept in touch whilst we sorted the estate out but without being pushy. Kept us inform of auction dates and how the process worked. Sold both properties with very little hassle and at market prices. Once the hammer goes down you have exchanged, none of this renegotiation of price or pulling out (not without buyer losing their 10% deposit)! Thank you to Stephanie for dealing with the viewings (and final utility readings) and to Simon for seeling the properties at auction
