I would like to mention here, that I checked the student records, but unfortunately I could not find any record of Daniel Fretwell being registered with our institution. You may please share your registered email address and your correct name as per your enrolment email as well as your course name, so that I recheck the records and help you with the information.

I would like to start by apologizing for the fact that you did not receive your learning information until after your 14-day cooling off period had expired. This is unacceptable, and I will be investigating this matter further to ensure that it does not happen again.

I am also concerned to hear that you had difficulty getting help from our customer support team. We take customer service very seriously, and we are always striving to improve our response times. I will be speaking to our customer support team about your experience, and I will make sure that they are aware of the importance of responding to customer inquiries promptly.

I understand that you have learning difficulties, and I am sorry that we did not seem to care about this. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all of our students, and we should have done more to accommodate your needs. Do you want me to organise a one to one session with one of our Senior Professor to guide you in your studies?

I have also reviewed your request for a refund, and I am happy to inform you that I have approved it. You should receive a full refund within the next 5-7 business days. However, for that, you would need to share your correct details.
