Absolutely shocking level of customer …

Absolutely shocking level of customer service received from here, I was forced to pay for my order using paypal as it was the only method of payment they accepted.

My order was cancelled without any explanation whatsoever, i've had zero response from any e-mails i've sent and I have now been informed that it could take 30 days to receive my refund! If it had just been a £5 order I may not have been so bothered but unfortunately its £90 worth of stuff!!

Bye Bye Valentines day! The Mrs isn't going to like this! Absolute Joke!!!
