I have been doing Yoga & Barre with Lu for about a year now at Ousden village Hall. These classes have made a huge difference in my flexibility and general strength. Back pain is a thing of the past. Lu's explanation of the poses is precise and the yoga sessions are varied to focus on different poses and areas of the body. I would highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis
Yoga with Lu is fantastic, she is great at explaining the postures and poses, she also has shown us Yoga Fusion which is a bit like yoga and Tai Chi which is great for the mind and body. She has many talents including barre and stick work. I would definitely recommend any of Lu's classes. She comes to the Bedford Lodge Health and Fitness Centre but also takes her own classes locally.
