I'd give a 0 if I could but do not buy…

I'd give a 0 if I could. but do not buy from lucky brand clothing. They are a scam. They will take your money and send you what you did Not order and the shipment comes out of chicago, but they want you to send back to china which costs more than the product.
Buyers beware!!!

Online store stay away … 82480321

Order jeans from their online store and paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping after five days and no package. They decided to cancel the order siding unforeseen circumstances and refuses to refund my money.

Ordered a jumpsuit

Ordered a jumpsuit, I live in the UK and it came very quick. It was exactly as described and as it was in the photo. Didn’t have any issues. I’m unsure why people are writing bad reviews, their stuff is great. Will be using this site again!

Packaging is not up to scratch.

Small chain saw / pruner is fine, but the plastic case it came in was no match for the postal service. Case broken in 7 separate places and is useless. Perhaps better packaging from point of origin is needed.

Don’t expect a cash refund!!

Bought over three hundred dollars worth of jeans, tried to return two pair with a big hassle. Upon my request for a return of two pair of jeans with my receipt, under thirty days also my jeans had all tags and were never worn and I was in there computer system as well they would only give me a store credit. The two brothers that waited on me at the Burlington Mall store talked to each other in a foreign language about my return in front of me HOW RUDE CAN YOU GET!! My opinion shop somewhere else where you’re treated fairly and with respect. Called customer service three times and left my contact number without a return call after a month. GO ELSEWHERE!!

customer service is TERRIBLE ive had…

customer service is TERRIBLE ive had people hang up on me. Im always disappointed with their CS. It's almost as if they tell their reps to be rude. Im not kidding. They charge for shipping and returns which means you're wasting $18 on shipping if a pair of jeans don't work out. Seems like a poor choice if you want customers to venture out and try your clothing. I went out of my way to buy from their store rather than amazon recently and I should have just bought from amazon to get free returns. Im out $18 for trying on a pair of pants.

Impressive sir

So I saw this great looking mock half zip men's top 100% cotton which is what I was searching for. Jumped online and it looked too good to be true, marked down from a retail $98 like 70%! I was skeptical but UPS dropped it off within just a few days and it was beyond my expectations, and I'm super fussy. Pretty much true to size as well. I'm feeling lucky here!

As others have said, Luckybrand.com has a horrible online return and/or price adjustment policy. I purchased 4 pairs of pants for $69.99 from the website approximately 4 weeks ago. Since then, those same pants have dropped in price from $69.99 to $27.99! I asked for a price adjustment and I was told that price adjustments have to be requested within 7 days of placing an order or 7 days of receiving an order. As a result, I consider myself to be out $168. But as a courtesy, they did offer me a 15% discount on my next purchase however, I let them know I would not be purchasing anything from them again!

I wish I could choose even less stars…

I wish I could choose even less stars for my experience with lucky brand! The team is extremely unprofessional and incapable of reading the history of emails. A lot of lies and inability to provide any guidance correctly . Since September 2023 cannot get my money refunded , since November it’s claimed to be refunded shortly ! How much more can I wait for my money to be refunded ?! Unacceptable!

Echoing what others have said, online return policy is awful.

Echoing what others have said, the online return policy is ludicrous.
I received a pair of jeans missing the belt loops. My choices were to pay to return the jeans, or visit the store in person to return. I realized too late that the Lucky store had closed. My option was to call them and negotiate a return via mail, which they refused.
I elevated to a supervisor, Paula, who eventually agreed to issue an immediate refund if I sent photos.
I did this, Paula responded, then someone else started emailing to start the process over from the beginning, saying they had to receive the faulty jeans before they would give the refund.
Every email started with the same sentence, as if robots are running customer service.
Needless to say, extremely frustrated. Although I've been a customer of Lucky for 20 years, I will not longer shop the brand due to the downturn in quality and service. Bye, Bye Lucky.

Awful Experience

Awful Experience. Took them 10 days to ship my pair of jeans due to “Warehouse issues” told them I need the jeans by a certain date, they confirmed it would happen but of course it’s not. I called customer service they provided an overnight shipping code for a second pair… the code didn’t work, called customer service back and they said they couldn’t help me because of a long system update. Trash. No reason to ever support this company

Online Ordering at Lucky Brand is Severley Flawed

Customer service at Lucky Brand is some of the worst service I have ever received with any online order. I tried to make a return in store and their sales clerk and their customer service person argued between themselves on whose inventory is charged. Customer Service Rep since he was located in Mexico he couldn't help me. Neither would accept my return even though the original order arrived already open and missing half the order. I settled on accepting a return label to send the item back for the return and they hit me with a $8 return fee. I strongly suggest never buying from them online as their infrastructure is poorly flawed.

Galleria Dallas asst store mgr lied &…

Galleria Dallas asst store mgr lied & demanded an email or a return, even with receipt! Sounds like extortion & is illegal. 1/2024-tried to return 2 t-shirts purchased at the Galleria/Dallas store to another Lucky store (called ahead) The system did not detect the receipts bar code or manually in. One assoc tried to do a store credit & only said it would be a credit. Deception. She yelled at me. I called the orig. store purchased & that mgr, Raven, yelled continously at me on the phone when I asked about the problem & she should tell Corp. Sales Audit team about the system not reading receipts. She demanded I leave "now" so she can try to do the return. I hung up. Only 1 CS phone # - which is online orders only! I called again & filed a Sales Audit Store complaint. CS said they will get back to me in 3 days. WIll see. Called a 3rd store to find out an email is NOT required to do a return! Dallas/Galleria mgr who yelled at me did lie. The co. are liars, deceptive, mean. A law suit should be done.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. Worst customer service. Charged for item they said they wouldn't charge me for since not available. Provided incorrect tracking number. Wont' ship in time frame provided. My request to speak to a manager was not fulfilled.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. My jeans were mislabeled, or at least it’s the first pair of 31/30 jeans that were at least three inches too wide. The customer service rep was rude and unhelpful, and refused to refer me to his manager upon request. Plan to spend $8 to return any item even if it’s mislabeled or defected (after spending $10 for them to ship it).

It’s too bad, this brand used to be top quality. Now they sell junk and their customer service none existent.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I purchased two necklaces on the website and the description said they were “gold plated metal.” When they arrived, they looked cute, but I was shocked to see that they were made of plastic. I wanted to return them, but the return fee is 8.00. I thought that since the description was entirely false and it would cost less than 2 dollars to ship them back, that this seemed a little high. I contacted customer service where they asked for everything but my fingerprints and then spent ten minutes trying to convince the rep that I wasn’t lying, taking several photos, at which point she just said that it didn’t look like plastic to her and there was nothing she could do, but offered me a ten percent coupon. I said not to bother as I wouldn’t be ordering again from a company with such poor customer service. A real shame because I have loved everything else I bought from there. If this is the way they treat their customers, however, I’m no longer interested.

Bought a pair of jeans from their…

Bought a pair of jeans from their website. THEY sent the wrong style. Contacted them to see how to return and would they provide a shipping label. Their response: "..in case you will be charged we will waive off the return shipping charges..." In other words, I pay to ship them back and they'll waive the shipping fee for reshipping the correct pair. In essence I pay shipping twice for one pair of jeans.
