It took some getting use too,..once I got the hang of it,.. fun games, but the withdrawal does take longer

I rarely ever give a 1 star review even when I'm not very happy with a platform, but this has got to be the worst sweepstakes casino out of the 170+ platforms I've played on. Absolutely horrid RTP, you won't see worse, I'd rather of given my money to any of the A1 sites and I don't play there. This site is so laggy as well.

The withdrawal was reverted from my bank and its been 20 days that they are telling me to wait and be patient while the money didnt reach neither my casino account nor my bank account. I think that its a scam at this point.

I signed up, immediately made a purchase-9.99 for 25.00. plus the 2.00 on the account from the sign up. I attempted to open 3 different games and play.. every time I went to spin-it gave me an error message.. so I installed the APK version and opened it. I went to login and it gave me an error message over and over and wouldn't allow me to log in. So I went back to the Web version.. it had timed out so I went to the home lobby screen.. once in the home page I saw my wallet and my balance had gone to 0.00!!
I reached out to support in chat.. they said "let me look into it" .. and then came back saying "I've escalated this to my superior and we will reach out to you by email once we've reviewed everything". So I was immediately frustrated and asked if they could just refund the money.. and of course that's not an option "till it's been reviewed".
So I left the chat and once I was back in the lobby.. the error message popped up again so I closed out the window and reopened a new tab and went to the site again. I tried to login and it would not allow me to.. giving me the same error message "if this problem persists please contact support".. so now I can't even get into my account!!
So ridiculous... I'm really surprised this has a 4.0 trust pilot rating... I wonder how many of the reviews are legit players and how many are paid/bribed reviews.

This is the absolute worst casino Ive ever played; and I have played many. Literally $400 and its just lose lose lose, playing $400 at .20 cents a spin, the biggest win I had was 3.10, Like over many games and $400! How is this even possible? Don’t waste your money, these guys are truly theives
