Tools and Customer Service Second to None
I have been using Lucky Orange for a long time and the tools it provides are second to none! Being able to interact with sessions, segment heatmaps using most of the GA4-style dimensions, and the ability to create detailed reports with tagging and funnels. Just some of the cool things LO can do. But where they really shine is the customer service! Our rep Will is fantastic, don't know what we would do without him!

Had a great 4 month running lucky orange and found it a very useful multi tool - since setting up a second account and having to have it removed however They’ve had a hard time getting it removed and the initial account tracking correctly

I tried Lucky Orange, and I loved it. The session recordings and heatmaps are really useful for understanding how visitors interact with the site. Seeing live user sessions in real-time makes a big difference in spotting where people drop off. The interface is clean, and the insights are straightforward. We are waiting for Shopify to complete the refund on their end. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over when Shopify will issue your refund, but you can contact them to request an update. The refund process can take up to 30 days.
