Given a key that WASN’T on the list of guaranteed games

EDIT: Lol I found this reply to a user comment by the company from 4 years ago that explains why this is even a problem:

“The only games that aren't shown are for the 1:1 pool at the very bottom. We have a huge rotation of games in that pool to keep it interesting for our members that buy a lot. The games that are there most often that we like and purchase often are shown on the page but to show them all would mean the page would have to constantly be changing.”

Four years ago. And they’re still doing this crap. Shame on me, should have researched more before buying. “We don’t list all of our games because it would be mean because the list would be super long” is a cover for “We don’t want to be transparent about the fact that you’re not actually guaranteed any game on the list we have at all even though we say you are.” Unbelievable. Amazing you guys have operated this long without being investigated lol.

Original review:

“YOUR RANDOM STEAM KEY PURCHASE GUARANTEES YOU A GAME FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES”

Then tell me how I got The Walking Dead Season 2 from your site when it’s not listed in any category on the site whatsoever.

Dropped almost $40 on the site and half of the games I received weren’t even listed anywhere on the site, let alone on their games list which is apparently the list of the games you’re absolutely guaranteed at least one of when buying from them.

Customer Service reeks too as they seem like they’re concerned with bloating their own ego than running a clean business. Some of these 1-Star reviews are just complaining they don’t like what they got but even still, why do you have to act like a child on here? Even if some of the complaints are ridiculous, what’re you, 5? I don’t care if I only get the cheapest possible games on their list so long as they’re on the damn list. I’m taking the risk by rolling the dice but the terms need to be clear and you need to stick to them.

Tell me what my possible games are and tell me my odds, it’s literally that simple. Don’t throw games into the mix that aren’t listed. Either ya’ll goofed and forgot you put certain games up on the Games List or you’re purposefully being a terrible business by adding keys to the pool that you know are not on the list. So which is it? Are you aloof or are you just malicious?

Regardless, if you’re worried about this in the future, either state that the games in the game list are “some” of the possible games you can win or, make damn sure that the only games you’re handing out are the ones on your damn list. It’s not rocket science.

Also lol at their Terms of Service “We do not warrant ... that any errors in the Service will be corrected.“ Nice lawsuit protection. If anybody cared, I wonder how long it would take a crackpot lawyer or two to start a consumer protection violation suit.

Now watch someone from their team claim I took that out of context. Go ahead, Ctrl+F on their TOS page and see for yourself if you don’t believe me. All of what I’ve said is verifiable on their site by you the reader. Like I said, if you don’t believe me, go see it for yourself.

Great. Got no complaints.

I recently signed up for an account, bought a random 10$ steam key which was delivered within minutes, got Tomb Raider. Quite pleased ^_^

This site is shocking

This site is shocking. I don't see why in what way this is acceptable at all?

I decided to buy the $10 random key because why not and see if I get anything In return, maybe fallout 4? Maybe a game which is worth at least more than $5?

No. Not at all, I got homefront; a game which was free on the humblebundle a couple months ago and now is selling for less than 60 cent.

My assumption of this page is that if you buy a key or any random key from this site, guaranteed you won't get your moneys worth. I basically got screwed over by $9.50. I understand the whole scheme of "lucky", but why not actually put something decent? Like shadow of mordor which is not even $5, or anything than a game which was free?

If you want your moneys worth I recommend ignoring your chances of getting something good because is close to none.

That being said, if there was a misunderstanding between a smaller priced key and you gave me that instead of a prestigious key, just let me know and I'll change this review.

Order: 24297

Edit: I commented on the Facebook page about the site and they replied my comment with an arrogant reply with saying that my statement with no critisism etc. Then I replied showing I did actually show this review, explaining the structure critisism about the buisness I've implied here. And what did they do? They deleted me comment and blocked me from replying to the page.

What a terrible childish site to scam people.

I'd give this appallingly aweful site…

I'd give this appallingly aweful site less than 1 star if I could. They claim to have better odds than most other sites selling random keys but I got two keys as bad if not worse than other sites like it.

I wasted $4 (two seperate $2 keys) on this site and although that may not seem like much I expected them to atleast try to back their claims of having better odds.

TLDR: They don't offer better than other sites and should be avoided unless you enjoy wasting money!!!

EDIT: REPLYING TO LUCKY RANDOM KEYS!

This just in: Arrogant website makes claims it can't back by making fun of it's customers in an attempt to divert from their lies!

Whether I payed $4 or $40 dollars makes no difference as I'm pretty sure no matter how much I spend on your site it would still be more of the same.

You also have balls making such a bold statement when you claim to have better odds than others and give me two keys you most likely bought for less than $2 in bulk from Humble Bundle (A far superior site but no random keys sadly) or Steam sales for less than a dollar.

So yeah it wouldn't benefit you business wise to give away nothing but triple A games but it's false advertising from a business stand point making claims you seemingly can't back!

This just in: Mack buys a grand total of $4 worth of steam keys from our website and believes he has experienced what the website has to offer.

Because we can't give away top games on every order... that literally would be impossible.

Edit: This guy knows what he’s talking about he spent a whole $4

My rating of LUCKY RANDOM KEYS

This is a very great site in my opinion, because it has a wide range of games and the store is recently updated. On top of that, there are giveaways, discounts and when there's something new, they send notifaction about it to you (if you subcribed). Overall, I think this is a very good place, if you like taking your chances to get a high price game for cheap if you're LUCKY. :)

Great site

Even though I didn't win what I had wanted, the key was delivered instantly. This site seems trusty and I might try my luck on this site again.
