Your processors are always shutting down my card deposits because i guess I make too many. How about getting another processor?
The auto quick deposit pop up gets me to repeatedly rebuy with my card in the heat of the moment and forget to add a coupon. (Until the processor shuts me down - a move at odds with the quick deposit feature). Can I retroactively add a coupon? When I ask for a second chance chip, I’m typically given one only for the last miss - not the entire session worth of missed coupons.

Tournament payouts are not normal
The payouts are much much lower then a stick built casino. In order to withdraw you have to get x85 of what you put in to be eligible. In their tournaments they decide when winnings are spent. I won 170 and put in over 1000 but was told I did not spend the winnings yet which is unlike any casino I have played at. I have also seen online that the Michigan Gaming Board had problems with them and their parent Apex Dymanics which worry me a little.

There’s no issue with the tournaments themselves, our terms clearly state that winnings from a previous slot tournament can’t be used to enter another, and this is visible on our website.
You were advised of this before play, and when the winnings were reused, they were voided in line with those terms. We also provided full game logs, account history, and chat transcripts on request to ensure everything was transparent.

Writing my review based off current experience. So far love the platform it has a large variety of games and slots. I put in for my first redemption through bitcoin and I’m still waiting for my payout. I was told the payout through crypto especially is fast however it’s over 48 hours and it still hasn’t even been processed.
Once I receive my redemption in my wallet I’ll update my review for my followers and all others to see how it went and update it to 5 stars. Until then (my followers) hang tight!
Their 24/7 chat service is definitely a plus and they are very responsive.
My only gripe right now is length of time for payout on redemptions especially when it comes to crypto. It should be far far quicker than this.
