Love the deals so much!

This is just one big scam. I encourage you not to buy from them, cause you would never get your products, and will fight to get your money back.
What attracted me were of course prices, and the website looks legit, so I decided to give it a try.
I've ordered 4 different products, 6 items, in total for $180.
I got the order confirmation, and the next day the email that "Items in my order have been canceled", when I checked it appeared that literally all items were canceled and there was also a statement "Your Credit Card or PayPal account has not and will not be billed for the canceled item(s) above." (thanks guys for not charging me for the products which you won't deliver)
But money was already gone. When I reached out to my bank customer support, they said that money is blocked but was not sent to the online shop. At the same time, they can't unblock it cause the shop needs to do that when the order was canceled.
So I reach out to Lucky Vitamins customer support and they said that I need to wait until it will be canceled automatically, and they are not canceling it manually.
So I was waiting for more than 2 weeks to get my money back!!!

Fraud company. They sent a shipment of products that were damaged, the 2 bottles of gel caps were all melted and stuck together. Promised me a refund, I checked few months later, NEVER GOT THE REFUND. Asked them again, they said the items were deemed ineligible for a refund. This was not communicated to me when they made the decision, and I wouldn't have knew this if I didn't track the refund. I will never buy from lucky vitamin again. How is this company allowed to operate???

After I wrote this review, they emailed me and they replied to this review and said they would refund me. However, that didn't happen even though they said they would, and stopped replying to me (it's been 2 weeks since they said they would send a refund voucher). Their reply is just a formality for them to look good publicly.

If you check the price from UK and USA - you will see a difference in price of 15% more expensive in the UK.

But the main issue is that we have tried to place an order 4 times. 2 credit cards issued in Ukraine, 1 PayPal, and 1 UK credit card. All our orders were canceled and still no chargeback of 550$ in sum. 7th day is gone.

So far, so good with the order. Let's see if it arrives safe and sound.

I orderd in the end of 2021 and then I received the package in 1 month so I trusted them then I orderd the second time on september 8 2022 without checking the reviews and then the tracking number they gave me in my email didn't work in DHL the tracking number on DHL was 10 digits but the email had 15 digits and then in the tracking history in my email it said it was delivered even though it wasn't and then I tried to contact them on my phone calling them and it wasn't working and then I tried to contact DHL and they said the tracking number was to long and I also orderd it for 268 canadian dollars from luckyvitamin I was about to order from IHerb but there was a difference in price compared to luckyvitamin so I orderd from luckyvitamin to save a little money I wished I didn't order from luckyvitamin it's a scam save your money and order from IHerb.
Update:After much hassle and tons of phone calls and emails I was able to recieve a refund of my money.The problem is between the carrier not luckyvitamin though I do think that they should improve on trying to give you the right local tracking number for the right company. It only shows what company it's shipped by but it does not show who is delivering it so you will be under the impression the company it is getting shipped by , will also deliver it.

I'm a regular Lucky Vitamin patron for many years. The folks at LV are always friendly, professional, and helpful. Products always arrive fresh. I love their easy Reorder Program, and LV Rewards Program is great too!

I received a coupon with my order that was suppose to give me a 20% off my next order. When I went to make my order, I put in the code and it was accepted. However, when I proceeded to check out with Pay Pal, it was removed. I am confused as to why there was a coupon that stated 20% off YOUR NEXT ORDER if they are going to claim that it is for first time orders only. I contacted them through chat. The representative looked into it and even had me send a snapshot of the order form with the coupon. Unfortunately the only solution he could give me was to go ahead with the order and then reach back out to them via chat to have them process the manual application of the discount in the form of a refund. I proceeded to the checkout wishing to use Pay Pal, but the process just kept running me in circles. I finally quit and just use the credit card process instead of Pay Pal. After my order was processed, I reached back out to them via chat. I explained to them what had happened and they also stated that the coupon was for first time customers. However, that did give me a $5 voucher to use on my next order. I am giving a 4 star because of the confusion with the coupon sent with the receipt, and the run-a-round that happened during my checkout experience. I am very satisfied with the products that I originally ordered, and will continue to order from Lucky Vitamin. I hope that they will change their coupon that comes with the receipt to state that is for a friend.

Worst worst experience ever , don’t ever order something on this webshop, it’s an absolute scam and you never see your money back

Horrible service. They gave the wrong address to DHL. DHL returned the package. Pressing on the 25% stock fee even though they put on thr wrong address.

This was my first order and shall be my last. I rather pay twice as much locally than staying with these incompetent morons.

I bought the product almost 50% cheaper than at GNC. I am very pleased with the quick and hassle-free purchase. I highly recommend Lucky vitamin to everyone.

I purchased the dark chocolate Adora calcium. They are the best tasting with no chalky aftertaste like Viactive.

This company is a scam. It is unacceptable that the LuckyVitamin company does not have a sector to take care of products that have not been delivered, because they have already received the money for the products, and we customers who care about us? LuckyVitamin, the company that hires the transponder company, the LuckyVitamin company has to solve the problem. I made a purchase through LuckyVitamin on 31/05/2022. Until today (20/09/2022) I have not received the products. I contacted the company several times, however they did nothing. I did some investigating myself and found out that someone got the invoice wrong so the products were returned to Lucky Vitamin. However, on return, the products are stopped in Germany. I contacted Lucky Vitamin again, explained the whole situation, but even so my case was treated with disregard. In short, they don't care about the customers, because I wasn't the one who hired the transport company, they were the ones, and as soon as there's a problem they don't solve it. I bought the supplements for health reasons, I am unemployed and lost 200.00 euros (that was the value of my products). It is regrettable all the neglect that LuckyVitamin has with customers. This company is a scam, don't waste your money like I did. I hope I helped someone, I wouldn't want more people to fall for this scam.

If I can give lower than 1 star I would. The products they sent are close to expiration date AND instead of getting the usual amount of servings per container, it's actually half of what is advertised online. They refuse to acknowledge mistake. The website said I get 60 servings per bottle. Each capsule has 30mg. What I got was 60 capsules, but takes 2 capsules to get 35mg. Effectively, it has 30 servings per bottle because I will have to take 2 to get almost equal amount of what I should get if I got the 30mg per one capsule. They REFUSE to correct this mistake. They will not offer refund. They said I got the new product from manufacturer but it's not new. It is 5 months to expiration date. I ordered same product from another online retailer and the expiration is 1.5 years from now in 2024.
