Order some England shirts. Took over a week to post which was meant to be next day delivery. It didn’t arrive, I kept saying it hadn’t arrived yet and was told his employee send it 2-4 days. It never arrived! Was told he would refund. That never happened. Extremely rude and said he would come to my house! Have to wait 30 days for bank to investigate. £106 gone but apparently he isn’t hard up for £100. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!
Never had any trouble with delivery or collection. Everything I've bought has been amazing, and true to size, and so much to choose from. Dawn and lucky are the most genuine trustworthy people, not in it to rip you off and will always help you whenever they can. I will only ever buy from luckyz xx

From start to finish everything was brilliant
I was unsure on the fit on the product I was buying but after numerous messages we got the correct size super fast too
Placed and order quick communication until the order didn’t arrive then hard to get a response asked for a tracking number and nothing, agreed to do a refund but when this also didn’t appear no responses, I messaged several times and only when I made it clear u would report to my card provider as a scam I finally got my money back over a month later but not once did I get an apology or any customer care whatsoever despite me being very patient.
The worst company ever. Didn’t ship my order a month later still waiting for even a response. Lost money to as I had a voucher I couldn’t claim back. Never again
First class service from the start,
when placing my order on line late Sunday evening the assistant was very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of information on the items I was buying.
The quick delivery was made the following teatime by a very friendly delivery Man.
All furniture was wrapped brilliantly to avoid any damage to the Furniture.
The Furniture is beautiful and good quality.
