Appalling customer service.

I purchased a four pack of orange lucozade sport and found a crushed but unbroken bottle that was only half full. I completed the contact form on their website and was told I would be sent packaging to return the bottle and some vouchers. Nothing arrived so I chased them up and was told it would be sent immediately. Again nothing so I completed the complaints form again to be told it would be sent immediately. Still nothing. I give up. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

Every time the Lucozade advert appears…

Every time the Lucozade advert appears on YouTube, my desire to purchase the product diminishes. The ad feels pointless and increasingly irritating with each viewing. Moving forward, I have decided to actively avoid buying Lucozade. I'm quite frustrated by how many times I've been forced to watch this repetitive commercial, and I believe the marketing team responsible for it could have done a much better job. I sincerely hope that advancements in AI will soon replace such ineffective advertising strategies.

Terrible

Well, what can I say other than "You have ruined Lucozade"!
Firstly, the changed recipe: Don't like it, especially the orange!!
Second, what is with the impossible to open caps & how sharp they are when you do finally manage to get it open? Unsafe, dangerous & ridiculous!!
And thirdly, your new ad's with those 2 ridiculously annoying 'so called "music" tracks' trying to look 'hip'? Get rid & change them, along with the new recipe & dumb bottle caps.... before you lose ALL your customers!!

Worst bottle tops ever allowed to go…

Worst bottle tops ever allowed to go into production. The clear top twists are a danger to the public and don't separate without a dangerous pull. Plus they are sharp and cut. I'm sure there are several lawsuits against these clowns

Again another company who doesn’t even…

Again another company who doesn’t even think of disability I have wrist hand and fingers arthritis so these newly designed bottle tops are difficult unreliable and are certainly not designed with disability issues in mind Having opened the bottles before this change with my arthritically designed opener now it’s too hard to open and keeping the top out of the way when drinking with a deformed finger impossible
Yesterday the lid had not clicked into place after opening and showed no indication of clicking shut and sealing (due to my poor strength capability and it’s bad design where Lucozade just assume we are all able handed
We are not
In fact it’s discriminatory of Lucozade not to have approached this aspect whatsoever No advert claims Out of 100 disabled drinkers 100 would recommend this new lid)
I became aware of leaking Lucozade through my canvas bag badly soaking everything in my bag and staining orange It was an embarrassing experience to say the least
I agree that it also doesn’t taste the same I drink a lot of this have for years It’s now 99% chemicals and no taste of orange
Last week I was in a place where they don’t export Lucozade to for a week and to be honest I didn’t miss it so I’m now not going to buy anymore
These lids are ridiculous If there was no problem before why change it? Lucozade say that they have changed the design of lid as lids were not being recycled??
What utter tripe
It’s probable that they got a new deal with some cheaper plastic and a pat on back for the designer who most likely and hopefully never has to know what arthritis anywhere or in this case in your hands is like So two fold praise - not
for those who condone these bottle lids
I for one disabled lady care very much on the lack of respect shown here
You have lost a loyal customer

Lucozade is now nothing like it used to be!

Lucozade is now nothing like it used to be. First and foremost none of their drinks is remotely an energy drink. They reduced the glucose to half because of Government "guidelines" on sugar (woke). Now glucose, sugars and calories are what gives you energy. I am a Channel and long distance swimmer so I should know. High caffeine and vitamin B3 just wake you up they don't increase your energy levels. If you want caffeine drink strong coffee. The orange drink is ruined and tastes like Fanta. I've just tried their new Lucozade Alert Tropical: I wish I hadn't, it's flat, has little taste and even at £2.50 for 2 x 500ml cans it's a rip off. I wouldn't drink it if it were free. Don't buy their stuff or indeed most other so called energy drinks. A glass of lemonade is just as good and tastes better! And if your dehydrated all you need to do is to drinkwater, not this stuff.
I'm surprised Lucozade hadn't lost most of its customers.

Great for diabetics

Great for diabetics

if you are suffering from hypoglycemia, lucozade sport is perfectly formulated with glucose to help prevent a coma!

Lucozade should be exempt from the sugar tax because it helps so many diabetics and does not cause diabetes itself as its for sporty people!

New recipe sucks ass total crap

This is to with Lucozade original and orange. Omg why have they changed the taste of Lucozade original and orange. They both taste nothing like the original recipe I’m 51 and have noticed it’s not the first change to the flavour. They are both really horrible the original no longer tastes anything like the Lucozade I’m used too. And the orange one tastes like the worst cheap fizzy orange. They are going to lose many customers. It’s not an improvement it’s a horrible cheap tasting waste of money and I will no longer buy it. New recipe sucks ass total crap.💩

Ruined the Lucozade Orange

Hi

You have ruined the Lucozade Orange Flavour.

Look at the online chats about it, disgusting, go back to the original recipe.

Our Family will never drink another Lucozade, unless you undo your mistake.

Learn from Coca Cola, when they tried changing recipes, they realised the mistake, and changed back.
