Do yourself a favor and never order there

I honestly don’t even know where to begin.

The website of Lucrin looks beautiful and high-end. The product photos look premium online. But that’s where it ends.

In reality, only the product looks good online. The dust bag and packaging are shockingly cheap — honestly comparable to something from Shein. Definitely not what you would expect from a brand positioning itself as luxury.

The actual product quality does not justify the very high prices at all.

What is even worse, however, is the customer service and return process. Returns are not automated. Instead of a simple return portal, you have to go back and forth with customer service for weeks just to receive a return label.

I returned the item unused, in its original packaging, shortly after Christmas. It was meant to be a Christmas gift, but the quality was so disappointing that I had to send it back.

Now it’s almost March, and I still have not received my refund — several hundred euros. Customer service has completely ghosted me. Ella from customer service simply stopped replying to my emails. As someone who works in customer service myself, I have never experienced anything like this.

I have never left a negative review before, but this experience has been absolutely unacceptable. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

iPhone 16 Pro Max Minimalist Wallet

iPhone 16 Pro Max Minimalist Wallet in Black Pebbled Leather: Excellent quality design, production, and customer experience! I especially appreciate this folio style case does not have branding on the cover, but rather a very simple, small, discreet gold foil logotype on the inside. I also appreciate the cover staying closed by a hidden magnet. Very elegant all around.

Not satisfied with quality of product

Hello! I love the look of your crossbody iPhone mag safe cases. I had an old bandolier and was looking forward to a classic upgrade and was happy to pay more for an elevated look. I travel frequently and this is an essential accessory for me. However: the magnet is not strong enough. I simply cannot trust that I won’t lose my id. I wear the case with the mag safe wallet sometimes, but I really don’t trust it and it’s fallen off when I’ve gotten up from a hotel lobby sofa and fallen on the ground when it rubbed up against me. Even worse the metal clips that hold the shoulder strap are terrible. I’ve had the entire strap come undone and fall off on several occasions, even when just walking around in my house. I’d say overall that, especially considering the expense, I would not buy this particular product again.

My i phone 14 pro is not fitting in snugly and completely.
That makes it hard to use the buttons on the side.

I am a repeat and happy Lucrin customer. The products are of the highest quality materials and beautifully made. I have my first beef ever, however, which cost Lucrin one star. I ordered a jewelry case for my wife for Valentines day. It came packed in an inner cardboard Lucrin box so snugly jammed in that I had to rip the box open to get to the jewelry box; I couldn't get it to budge otherwise without fear of damaging the leather jewelry box inside. It did come with a nice cloth storage bag, which is what I used to present it as a gift. No issue with the product, and it did not get damaged with my ripping the cardboard box.

Leather sleeve doesn’t fit iPad

Leather sleeve doesn’t fit. iPad is so tight it’s very difficult to get out. Stitching isn’t straight so the sides of the sleeve don’t match. Leather is very plastic-like. Overall really shocked by the quality, especially for the price.
